I attempted to download a ringtone from funtonia.com. Final result was the rintone and phone were not compatible. I wasnt really concerned about the $1.99 charge but when my card was charged a year's worth I was angered. I have sent numerous emails to them first requesting and now demanding my money. This person identifying themself as Abigail has refused to do so and states if i send a police report showing my card was stolen I Would not get my money back. I see from hereI am not the only one being ripped off and I will continue to get my money back. If needed/requested I have all of the correspondence saved and will forward it to anyone asking. I have not been able to locate a physical address. If anyone has it please tell so that I can contact that state's Attorney General
