Hustlers Hustlers In there lease it states they will move furniture for free up to a certain amount of miles if you move, Aug 1st Aarons took a couch and a love seat back to their store because they could not fit the couch in the new apt., after already moving the love seat inside, and are selling them for the same price we leased it for minus only 50 dollars, got pictures to prove it, I guess since we had it for 5 months with no late payments that should be a reasonilable deduction for the next sucker.

Their professional movers scratch up the walls moving the love seat BACK OUTSIDE of the apt., got pictures to prove it I guess the furniture is inseparable. And told us hey come to the store and pick another couch and love seat out to find out oh yeah we dont have that type of material anymore, they only had stiff and rug material but heres a recliner that $2200 plus interest and I will transfer the payments from the previous furniture which we had only 4 payments left on, to the new one. So getting into a new lease that is 12 months longer is Gregs solution to the problem, hustler.
So after waiting half a month with no furniture they still wanted their money so we went to a different Aarons store to find a couch on sale $399 cash only and Greg said we could get it just make a payment of $99 dollars and thats it. But the Aarons store that has the furniture doesnt want to take our money told us thats Gregs deal so Greg told us to give the professional movers the money when they come theyll be there first thing the next day. They finally showed up with no new lease after we called the store to find out Greg forgot to call the store to tell them to deliver, theyre so professional. They took our $100 to find out weeks later we still owe them half a payment, we were suppose to keep paying the same payments even though its a different couch and now our payments are on the 1st not on the 15th.

Even though the week before the regional manager Mr. Baleanny,that is how its pronounce, told us I dont expect you to make a monthly payment for Aug. since we didnt have any furniture for half a month and I will send our painters by to fix the problems. Painters never came still till this day but they did come by to leave us a note saying we need to discuss our account. Even though Greg told us he will transfer the payments since we made 5 payments of $117 plus a full and half of a payment the first day to make our bills always end on the 15th and the new furniture was on sale for $399 and he just told us weeks before to pay $99 thats it, which they got $100 and never ask us to sign a new lease. They started calling 3 times a day on Sept 1, the computer calls at 10 a.m. then an employee or Greg most of the time both ,got my phone bill to prove and popping up, one single person and the moving truck 8:00 in the morning on Saturdays and a quarter till 9 on the week days,got the signs left on the door to prove. Even when we answer the phone and tell them what Greg said he denies it and says we will keep calling till we get the money

HUSTLER: In there lease it states they will move furniture for free up to a certain amount of miles if you move, they couldnt fit one couch through the door way and over the balcony is not optional even though the movers were ready to use rope an pull it but Greg told them no so they took both pieces of furniture back to the store already had the love seat inside. Now was ready to get us to sign a lease for 24 months transfer payments to make it 20 months we find a couch for $399 he says pay $99 with NO LEASE now he denies saying he wasnt going to transfer payments weeks after delivery and wants us to fulfill the lease agreement even though they have the couch we sign the lease for now on sale for same price minus $50 dollars in their store: HUSTLER

They stop calling in late Oct. to threaten us by putting it on our credit report and Greg says I got a sign lease thats all I need even though the lease he has is for a couch that been in there store since Aug 1st ,got pictures to prove The regional manager denies everything he said even about the painters now saying theyll come out when you make a payment even though it was brought to his attention back in Aug.

Youd think if a professional business scratches up your walls in youre APT which you are RENTING because of there mistakes they would at least clean up after them. And corporate knows that their broad river store is trying to charge us for furniture that they took without letting us try to move it in our selves, never missed a payment, scratch up the walls taking the furniture out after putting it in and now sitting in there store with a price tag, cause we sign a lease.

Someone from Mississippi gave a bright idea to get the divisional office number I dont know who is higher the district, James Wise, Regional Mr. Beleanny, or Corporate or the divisional office number. But I do know district manager is a hustler the regional manager a hustler if that was even corporate a girl name Kim shes inconsiderate And Greg just learn it from them. So if you think about leasing used furniture weight your options first before doing business with these people. So come with your lies and sorry hustling skills to discredit this report which I have everything to back up my words it didnt just pop up in my head and sounded good at the time like they try to throw at people.

This customer has charged off with our company. If she is worried about this issue she should contact our divisonal office to discuss renewing her agreement with us before we provide any service to her. Below is a statement form the Regional Manager over that area. If there are any other questions about this or any other matter please contact our Divisional Office at 704-845-5064

This customer paid 5 months into a living room, she relocated to a studio apartment we physically could not get the sofa into her home. The landlord had a sofa in the apt that he could not remove, tried to get the customer satisfied with another suit SHE REFUSED, she wanted that one, tried to explain we physically could not get product into apt she wanted us to lift it on out trucks and pull it with a rope over her balcony. I explained we couldn't do that she exploded into profanity and anger , tried to satisfy her over numerous attempts, this letter is from her significant other, who was there and at the time understood our situation .finally she said leave the sofa she would handle it after numerous attempts customer charged off with no other communication with store
