I had ordered a leather sectional back in May, it is now July and my furniture is still not to my satisfaction. The first time delivered the delivery guys messed up my house, they damaged the door frames, and knocked out corners of my walls. I had to have their Insurance Company come over and appraise the damage, so they can send me a check and have someone come and fix it. The furniture came damaged the "wood" on the legs were chipped and scarteched, there were pieces of leather missing and scraped and the chaise looked like there had been an elephant sitting on the back cushions for 3 days straight, it basically looked like a used sofa.
I paid 2500 for this sectional, I want it to look brand new. Out of all the places I looked at for furniture there's were the most expensive and most expensive in delivery as well, so I expected outstanding delivery and customer service for being at a higher price level than most places.
I had asked to have them replace the chaise. Second time no scratches or missing leather but leather still looked like there had been an elephant on it. still looking like used furniture. Called the store and they said it's policy to have a Technician check out the furniture, there great they can fix anything.
Technician comes by my place and says he can't do anything (so much for they can do anything huh?) says all they can do is restuff the back cushions and steam out the leather, but they'll have to pick up the furniture take it their warehouse and then redeliver it.
I keep taking time off from work and my personal time over the weekend for this mess. Their customer service rep Christine needs to be slapped in the face, she has no concern for any of the customers who call about their issues. they need to fire her if they want to have a good reputation. I made sure I told all of my friends not to purchase furniture from that store because of the delivery issues. It's such a shame it's a beautiful sectional but this hassle is not worth $2500.
