Totally Liars, Rip Off;
My Wife and I spent over $11,000 with this so call quality furniture store. First of all,the problem I have is the senior mangers/ceo/and even regonial manger can't tell one date from another and have no problem lying to customers. I will not beat a dead horse no longer. Lets get straight to the point.
I have been to the Brandywine store 2 different times following up on a delivery since Feb.06. We have been waiting for a dresser which was supposed to have been dilvered with a bed room suite for over 5 months. Problem I have, they had no problen cashing my check which I paid cash for the entire purchase but getting delivery for what I paid for. When I inquired about my dresser, I was told there were others on a waiting list for the same piece we which were not told about at the time of purchase.
I find this totally unaccetable. Mr. Lee is this eastcoast regional manger, Mr.Himed is the senior store manager which I have spoke with both. I am going to CONTACT THE National TV NETWORK with this. Why in the hell should I have clothes in a bag when I paid for a dresser to put them in. If they can count my money, then they should be able to count the corect days/month for proper delivery of my furniture that is paid in full. When you give a specific delivery date, deliver everything.
This has got to stop, telling people you have it in stock when you know you don't. I want to be compensated for this long delay, lies and piss poor customer service. Whom ever is reading or will read this, take your hard earm money and shop somewhere esle.
Understand this, Regency needs to be put out of business. A store of this caliber representing who and stands for what? Don't spend no more money with them. Integrity and customer service is not their strong suite.
Mr Lee and Himid, stop lying to customers. It's over, people know you for the wrong reasons. Now everyone knows exactly what you are. Whom ever read this and had piss poor service, express yourself and make these people clean up ther act and Deliver !!!! If this can't be done, don't purchase nothinbg from them!! Regency, any thoughts'???? You all have a lot of unhappy customers. Please deliver on time. Nothing personal, just business and yes COMPENSATION FOR YOUR LIES.
