Furniture Showroom Llc delivers damaged broken itmes, wont answer phone, wont make good on the sale. Sterling, Virginia

these people sell Ashley brand furniture from catalogs, stating that they get the same quality with out a large showroom. they set a delivery date in 3 weeks but then don't show. it takes several phone calls and no shows and two weeks later they did show up one night. 
they brought us broken items, a sofa with one leg missing, and drilled holes in the wood on one piece while using it as a saw horse to assemble another piece.  I actually have them on film - home security camera was running.
 they said they would leave the broken stuff here so we had something until the next delivery when they would bring us replacements.  its been 6 weeks, they wont pick up the phone, their message machine is always full, and the two times we did speak to them, they said they were getting the parts in in a few days, but then don't show up again.
this place sells trash, they lie constantly, and I am going to have to take them to court, I spent a few grand here.... full living room set.
