Deal look too good to be true? That's because it is. They collect your money and then cancel your order. Only, you don't get your money back. Luckily, I used Paypal, but that didn't stop my order from being cancelled due to "high demand". From the research that I've done, it seems that everyone's orders get cancelled. See for yourself... Read their blog (which only has one posting from May 2013). Click on the links to their supposed Pinterst, Twitter, Facebook and Google+. Most don't exist or only have little activity. Try posting a review about something... It gets sent to an employee for review and never gets posted. Call them and see what happens. I did my research and read the reviews, but ordered anyway because they accepted Paypal. If things went arwy, at least I could file a claim with them. Here's the e-mail I got from "Patrick L"... "With the extreme high demand for Wholesale Interiors Susan Brown Wood 5-Piece Modern Dining Set Polly Dining Table-1429163, the availability has temporarily been delayed. The few units left are currently all sold out. Please accept our sincere apologies. We’re ordered more of this item, but will take several weeks to arrive. We did not charge your credit card, but rather voided the charge. If you prefer, we can keep you updated on arrival. Please let us know."

 

I responded to their e-mail and never heard back. BECAUSE IT'S A SCAM. I'm filing a report with Paypal right now to let them know. If they have multiple voids from this place, I hope they shut them down. Learn from other people's mistakes. Don't get taken advantage of.

The item was not sold out or backordered. I checked for weeks, and it was never taken off your site. The price changed constantly, as it does with most of your other items. Of course you "refinded" my money right away, because you couldn't legally take it. I was smart enough to use Paypal. You also never responded to any of my emails or questions after having cancelled my order. To anyone who has to google reviews for an online company, you already know the answer. It's a scam. But feel free to weigh the positive reviews against the negative and determine for yourself if it's worth the risk.

Thank you for your feedback.  I'm terribly sorry that you feel mislead about your purchase with us. Please allow me to clarify what occurred with your order.  We offer a variety of products at largely discounted pricing in our clearance center. Some of the items we offer are extremely popular and sometimes quantities available in our fulfillment center can be low due to increased demand. Unfortunately, due to the limited stock for this item, we were unable to fulfill this order.  Upon notification from our warehouse team that the item purchased was not available, we immediately contacted and notified of the backorder, and the full amount credited back to your credit card.  We certainly do apologize that your first choice of product was unavailable at the time you wanted it.  Hopefully, that fact that you were notified of the backorder and credited in-full, both in good faith, will allow you to give us a second look. :)  If you have any questions or concerns, please feel free to contact us directly.
