fusion driving school DIDN'T GIVE ME A FULL REFUND FOR WHAT I PURCHASED AND DIDN'T GET TO DO brooklyn New York

I signed up for the driving lessons and roadtest and class. so i took three lessons with them which were 40 each and one was discounted so it only costed 35. i finished my lessons and 5 hour class and called may 28th 2015 for them to schedule my roadtest. i waited until july 3rd and called back to ask hey whats going on with my roadtest .the lady asked for my name and my id numbershe said she couldn't find any road test schedule me being confused because i called in may and never recieved an email to confirm when my roadtest was

she then schedule it at that moment and gave me a date. i told her no this cant be done because ill be back in school by then. i been scheduled this is crazy she then said well  it you did schedule in may it would of been in aug still because it takes 6-8 weeks. i went back n counted from 6-8 weeks from may 28th with and with out the weekend days like sat and sunday 6-8 weeks would have fell on july 20th but mind you their site says 2-3 weeks. so i asked her for a refund she said yes and clicked off. the roadtest was 80 with their car and to schedule the road test was 25 thats 105 dollars. i paided a total of 228 but i did the lessons and class so i didnt want the refund for that .they sent me a refund today for 63 dollars
