I have been being billed by fusion talk three times, all within one month of each other. I do not know how they got my information, and am certainly not using their telephone service. I attempted to contact them to straighten out the matter. I contacted them by e-mail: no response. I contacted them by telephone, where I am put on hold for hours. They have an option to leave a message and they say they'll contact you back. I have done so multiple times but still have not heard from them. I wanted to get in contact with them before contacting my credit card company, and have not done so yet, but am planning on it.

You need to file an online complaint with the FTC. Contact the Attorney Generals of NV and OH as well. If these charges are on your credit card, you need to contact your credit card company and report these charges as fraud. Good luck.
