This updated Report RE: Tax Law Advisors and Michael Scott Fussell and all issues surrounding previous complaints on this firm has been resolved between the complainant and
Mr. Fussell a resolution to the issues has been made.

And settled and to further state that Michael Scott Fussell Licensed by the State of Illinois as a Attorney..with this updated amended report Publicly stated recanted and resolved..All issues have been resolved.

I want to make it clear that my name is also Michael, but that I am NOT Michael Scott Fussell mentioned above. I am another, unrelated Michael.

This is the biggest bunch of garbage ever posted on rip-off report! Tiffany (who goes by the name of "Culotta") was trouble from the day she began. She is presently under investigation by several law enforcement agencies for criminal offenses.

I worked for Tax Law Advisors for a long time and have nothing but praise for Mr Fussell and his staff. I saw MANY business owners save large amounts on their taxes. Mr Fussell is both a tax attorney and a CPA and his work (and others on his staff) is outstanding. All across America, you will find businessmen who are grateful for his help.

I am seeking Business Owners who were contact by employees of Tax Law Advisors 1999-2007 who set appointments aand was actually met and paid into the Succession Planners and Evals

I worked for Michael Scott Fussell adn quit when I found out something was not right..and other Business Owners were calling back cancelling appointments saying This is not a Tax Law Firm...

I also worked for Tax Taw Advisors 07/2005-12/2006 however I was fired by the Goons
and I was forced to say Micheal Scott Fussell is a Attorney when I tried to deviate from the script to say the Qualifying Consultant would come to the Business Owners for the appointment.

We would ahve weekly meetings and being white I was singled out to look stupid in front of the 98% Black staff when I was forced to repeat the script in November in front of everyone. the Goons came down on me hard screaming and ranting and raving that I should always say that MICHEAL SCOTT FUSSELL IS THE
NATIONAL TAX ATTORNEY IN THE OFFICE. AND I WAS TREATED IN A HARASSING MENACING MANNER BEING I AM 5'4 WHITE AND NON THREATING.

I was eventually terminated from my job and they knew I had just gotten a Apartment. they
made me the laughing stock of the office and always put me out front.

Tiffany Taylor was my trainer she trained over 35 people in the office. She was elevated from Marketer to Sr. Lead Rer.and Trainer she also did interviewing for hiring.

I was able to get my unemployment and she was not
she had to fight for her unemployment. we both never got positive references.

In Atlanta there are many EEOC Charges of Sexual Harassment by the male staff on female employees who they fired after sexual harassment. and there are other complaints for harassment. by both Male and Female former Employees.

They treated the white employees especially differnt. All white emoployees was fired harassed or humiliated off of the job a mother and son who worked there was particular harassed due to race, size, and weight, discrimination..

Once they fire you or get rid of you all of your commissions fall into their wallets. they do not pay you. they hire a bunch wait until you get a good flow or evals and qualified then they get rid of you management is the ones who get the money you are due.

There is enough people wronged that a major class action law suit should be filed. Business
Owners in all 50 states should step up and state your lost. All Authorities have been notified however management are crafty liars while they tell us to say this is a NATIONAL TAX LAW FIRM WHEN PEOPLE CALL IN THEY SAY THEY ARE A TAX ADVISORY SERVICE.
