Richard Cozzo owner of Futurastone is a lying, manipulative individual that will lie to your face to get a contract, and sell you things you don't need, promise one thing and use inferior materials once the work begins. Many corners have been cut to facilitate his need for profit at the expense of workmanship. Work begins late and ends late and there is always an excuse, much damage was done to my property during the installation and they have never come back to fix anything that his company had damaged. Stay away at all cost, the guy is a control freak and pathetic liar.

I was surprised to see this report- I recently had quite a bit of work done by Futura Stone and was very pleased with the work. 

Richard was my estimator and was very professional and tried to help keep my costs down. He never tried to sell me anything unnecessary, and only quality or name-brand materials were used. 

He did have to reschedule my work for a week later, but that was due to rainy weather and Richard re-sodded some grass that had turned brown from equipment being parked on it. I wasn't expecting that because I felt it was common sense that the grass would take take a slight beating. The work took a couple days longer than estimated, but things you don't expect ALWAYS crop up in any type of construction or installation work. Again, I feel common sense should prevail.

As for being a "control freak", he was definitely in charge of the workers and made sure that everything was done right and that no details were missed, so I don't think that's a bad thing.

I have recommended Futura Stone to others and I would definitely use them again!
