Future Financial Direct ripoff Jacksonville Florida

I have been using Future Financial Direct to help clear me of credit card debts. Or so I thought. The last time I had any contact with anyone from there was in March.

This week I have been trying to call, fax and email them without any luck. I recived a notice from a collector and was trying to forward the information to Future Financial Direct so that they could handle the problem. I am now going to call teh collection agency and explain to them what has happen. Hopefully they will listen.

I noticed that last week the monthly fee had been taken out of my checking account as normal. I will be contacting my bank and telling them not to allow anymore payments to Future Financial.

I would like to know what we can do about this company and the money they are ripping off from us. I can't afford it anymore.
