So I bought a car at Future Ford Roseville. Let me tell you how bad the experience was!!!
I looked at the add you suggested I look at for the sale. Found that I could buy a fiesta for 10997 with sync. They only had two and they were gone(big surprise). So I told them that when the next sale comes around next Friday give me a call and Ill
come get it early and I left the store. They call me that night and tell me they have the car and if I want it come back right away. I tell them I am cooking dinner and will have to come back the next day. They insist that I come in that
night. So I do. I'm exhausted and tried from being in the sun looking at cars all day but I come in at 7:30pm. Then they don't have the car and I have to go to the Madison store to pick it up. So we do.
Then they keep me at the dealership until 12:30am. The finance guy tells me I have to make a decision for gap insurance and warranty that night. Well I'm so tired I can't (12:30am) all the detail guys have gone home so I can't take the car anyway. So I don't make the decision I finally go home and get home by 1:00am. I tell them I'll be back at 11:00am with my trade
in. They call me at 9:00am and wake me up to come in and finish. I don't get there until 11:30am because I had trouble with the trade in car. So I call them and tell them I'm having trouble and they tell me they don't want the trade in. That's fine I sell the trade in over the phone on my way into the dealership. I'm OK with that.
But I get there and my car is gone. They tell me it was the wrong car ( that they made me go pick up). But they got me
another one. I ask is it the same price? No but close, it's 339 more. So now I'm paying 11339. ok not a big deal. But they keep me waiting another hour and a half so they can write up a new contract. SO ok I wait some more. Then I finally get the car and leave. I contact my insurance.
Then they call me at work today and tell me they made another mistake and I need to come in
right away and sign new papers. I tell them I can't, Im at work until midnight. But I will be there on Thursday for the sync class we will take care of it then. But no not good enough. They need it now, so they send this poor
woman out to the airport where I work to bring me another contact that is supposed
to be the same price (that is what they told me) when I look over the contract
now I'm paying 400 more and my payment are higher. They are not higher by too
much but still not the same like I was told it would be. So I figure another
mistake. I'm not signing it. I call. They call me back and try to justify the extra charge.
Now I'm so angry I don't want the dam car. First they keep me out, run me around, give me
bait and switch and now they want to charge me 700 more than the original price I was supposed to pay from the beginning.
Ya I know you don't think 700 is much but it is when you factor in the lies and the time they spent trying to hide the lies and the stress they keep me under hoping I wouldn't notice what they were doing. So I told them I get off at midnight they could come to my house and get the car then. I couldn't believe it when I called them back to tell them they could come and
get it early if they wanted to come to my work and get it and the guy told me they were already going to come to the airport and get the car (leaving me stranded). Lucky for me one of my co-workers had offered me a ride home because my husband can't drive at night, he is handicapped.
Why didn't they just tell me the truth? Why all the brain washing tactics? Why didn't they wait
and sell me one that was on sale like I asked for? I brought in my own financing from sac credit union I have a 824 credit score. I was an easy sell. Why put me through all the crap they did. And the whole time telling me what a
good deal I was getting. I don't consider it a good deal when they keep you up all hours change the price three times and pressure to do things you don't want to do.
My mom and Dad used to buy a new Lincoln from Frank Andrews every two years. He would roll over in his grave if he could see the way I have been treated by Future. I bought my new 2005 mustang from them.
I have taken my car all the way to Roseville for servicing all these years and my mom brings her car there also. Well no more. I'm ashamed of you all and done with you all. I hope the owner of the dealership is proud of the greedy folks
he has working there now. Because it used to be that when you were treated right you always got your cars from the same people over and over again. I can buy a car anywhere and I came there because of our many year relationship with
Frank Andrews Lincoln and Future Ford. The only way I would ever do business with you again is if you brought a car to my house and gave me the keys for free, to make up for the crap your people pulled on me. That being said, I know
that won't happen because your not smart enough to know not to screw people to begin with, so I'm sure you don't know how to fix it when you do. Word of mouth will cost you more than what you did to me. I'll take my money that I will
spend on repairs and more new cars to someone much smarter than you.
