I have known Wayne Bender aka Wayne Fontaine for a couple years.  He had contracted Sharon Magnuson in winter 2010 to build a website for him in exchange for refinishing her hardwood floors.  First he stole the deposit of a referral she gave to him and when he did not do the floors, Sharon Magnuson took the site down because he did not live up to the contract. Wayne Fontaine has been filing false reports all over the internet against her ever since because she helped the real Maury Fontaine Floors to try to get Wayne Fontaine to quit using his last name Fontaine.  It was only about 18 months ago that Wayne Bender changed his name to Fontaine to jump off the good reputation of Maury Fontaine.  Wayne has been riping off people for years using the name Wayne Bender which was why he changed his last name to Fontaine to begin with.  He could not get anymore work.  You can contact Maury Fontaine in St. Paul who does hardwood floors and he will substantiate this story.  Wayne Bender now goes by Wayne Fontaine and continues to steal deposits and if anyone files complaints against him he goes on smear campaigns after he has been drinking.  This woman created him a fantastic logo and then Wayne never paid for or did any work, and she created him a greet website and Wayne Bender aka Wayne Fontaine steals from everyone.  He live in NE Mpls.  Call Maury Fontaine at: (612) 386-7823 he will confirm this story and Wayne's obsession with getting back at people when they try to make him quit ruining other people's like Sharon and Maury's reputations.

Complaintant, you give no specifics who to follow up with, you simply make a number of claims that you give no supporting information for. Sharon Magnuson was in the hospital and not working with anyone in February & March of 2011.  Please provide the domain name and the company you are with so contact can be made with the owner to followup on the claims in this report. Without any contact info, your name, the company name or the domain name that you say was removed after a contract was signed, Fuzed Services is unable to look into the matter and better respond to the claims you are making.  Please email sales@fuzedservices.com to receive support in this matter.  Please be more detailed in your email and please post a followup to your ripoff report and include at minimum your Company Name and the Domain Name for validation and followup purposes. The person speaks of us hosting the site but does not mention the domain name registration.  If this were a true report if the company forgot to renew their domain name then the site would not be visible on the internet.  There needs to be a domain name to host a site.  Ripoff Report, we ask that you please remove this false and vague report immediately if not one piece of supporting documentation is supplied. At best this is a vague and unsupported slam with no recourse or ability to resolve the issue if it were true. 

Fuzed Services;  all our contracts are 1/3 down at the beginning of the project, 1/3 paid at a designated mile marker agreeable to both parties when work is about 50% complete and 1/3 upon completion.  This persons claims of half down do not even resemble the contract that we use for every site developed.  We do not begin work on a site until a design is approved and physically signed off on by the client.  The design includes logo work, site design, menu structure and colors.  We do not create "comparable to" sites, we create custom designed work and can show source files for all sites that we have created in the past and represent on our website.  Each project at Fuzed Services has a team consisting of developers, designers and project managers.  Hosting is not a binding contract, it is a service for $119 per year and the client is responsible for payment for hosting each year payable through PayPal or a credit card only.  A reminder invoice goes out 60 days prior to experation each year.  Domain Name Registration is $12.99 for a .com per year.  The client will receive an email reminding them to renew their domain name beginning 60 days prior to expiration.  Without a current domain name there is no website.  If we are hosting a website and the client does not renew the domain name the site will no longer be visible on the internet.
