I ordered the free sample and was charged $3.95 like they promised, only to find 2 weeks later, they charged my account $87.13. When I called to speak to someone about this, I was told that she does not handle the billing. She said she would cancel my subscription, but she could not credit my account, I never ordered a subscription of anything! I asked for a phone number to billing, she said she did not have one, that I had to go online to www.billing@fwmlabs.com. That is not a billing website where I could straighten this out.

I asked to speak to a supervisor and she said the supervisor would tell me the same thing, she was rude and did not want me to speak to a supervisor, but put me on hold for one. After 25 minutes, I finally hung up.

I found it very odd that she could not give me a phone number to billing and she could cancel my so called "subscription" but not credit my account for the charges that should have never been put on there. Now I have to stop all transactions to my account and hope that they haven't charged my account any more before I can do this.

If they want a credit card at ALL for a free trial, look for the subscription/autoship agreement SOMEWHERE on the page

AUTHOR: Me - (U.S.A.)

Okay, so go back to the site you ordered your free samples from, look in the terms and conditions, I believe it is at the bottom, then read how you agreed to pay in like 15 days or something if you didn't cancel or something like that. If they require a credit card for a free trial, there is almost always a subscription or auto-ship program involved. You must read every single thing and click every single link to be sure of what you are agreeing to. Or sometimes you have to return the product within a certain amount of times or you will be charged. ALWAYS LOOK FOR THE CATCH

How to fix the trouble on your credit card account

AUTHOR: Grover Scott - (U.S.A.)

POSTED: Wednesday, January 14, 2009

We actually share the same experience. I tried the free sample thinking that all I need to pay was the shipping cost. I was angry that to find put that they charged my account with $87.13. I searched online for a number to call. I got 866-949-0138 and talked to their representative. After a week, they returned my refund. It was a great relief that this was over.
