My name is Terry and I’d like to address the blatant errors in Mr. Lewallen’s rebuttal.  I am one of the thousands who were defrauded out of several thousands of dollars by Mr. Lewallen in his Solid Air Solutions scheme.  The lawsuit was filed on November 14, 2011 by the State of Arizona against Mr. Lewallen, some of his employees, and a few of the companies controlled by Mr. Lewallen.  And the judgment, which was the final decision reached by the Superior Court in the State of Arizona, was awarded in favor of the State of Arizona on December 5, 2012.  All of you can review the complaint and the judgment if you go to the Arizona Attorney General website at:

So Mr. Lewallen, your statement that “the owner was named along with 20 other people in a Civil lawsuit with the AZ atty Generals office, in 2010” is totally false.

And as of this morning (July 11, 2014) in a conversation with the office of Consumer Fraud of the Arizona Attorney General, there has absolutely not been any attempt by Mr. Lewallen to resolve any issues pertaining to the suit nor has there been a single dollar paid to the State of Arizona towards the judgment.

Once again, your statement “He is currently addressing those issues” is another lie!

Mr. Lewallen, you are a fraud, a thief and a manipulator and I warn every single person and entity that is either considering doing business with you or any company associated with Mr. Lewallen or any person considering employment with a company controlled by Mr. Lewallen to think twice and walk away!!   Just read the facts in the complaint and the judgment – these are not lies!
