G4S Wackenhut in Livonia Michigan is one of the worst offices to work for if you work for Wackenhut. Alot of the people are not qualiflied to run that office and play favorists. I was a Supervisor and a Site Manager with the Company for a little over 5 years. During which I received Awards for Dedication to my Job, Perfessionalism and more. I started working at Chrysler when they were still owed by Daimler (Mercedes).

I Worked as a Site Manager at The "Troy Customer Contact Center" a collection center for Chrysler in Troy Michigan for 3 years, also I was a Midnight Shift Supervisor at the "Chrysler" North American Finacial Headquarters in Farmington Hills for over a year. I was eventually let go for unfair reasons.

On Feb 7th, 2009 I was working the Afternoon Shift for a Supervisor that had called off, with a Officer Gandwe. While I was working a executive named Mr. Darrell Jackson enter the building next to the Gaurd Office, at the time I was watching my I'Pod in which Mr. Jackson playfully joked about it. After which Mr. Jackson ran up to his office and grab a few things then left.

The next mourning I had received a call from the Site Manager Todd Rivard informing me that I had been terminated from the site. Not because of watching a I-POD (in which Site Manager Rivard, Afternoon Supervisor Pongones, Officer Henderson and Officer Gandwe also watch during there shifts) but I was being terminated because Mr. Darrell Jackson had received a call from Officer Gandwe informing Mr. Jackson that I called him a "Stupid N*****.

So in turn Mr. Jackson called Larry Payne the area manager for Wackenhut and had me "FIRED" from Wackenhut. I called the Livonia office Human Resource Manager (Denise Pollington) who informed me that even thou I did not work for Chrysler directly, Mr. Jackson demanded I be let go and that she was just doing what "The Client" had instructed them to do. An she also informed me that she would not fight for my job because a year earlier I "FIRED" her friend "Officer Judy Miller". I then asked what proof did they have that any of this had occured and she said that the only proof they had was, that Officer Gandwe had called Mr. Jackson on his phone and told him that is what he heard.

The following day Wackenhut Site Manager Todd Rivard, Area Manager Larry Payne sat down with Chrysler Security Manager Jim Montgomery, Facility Manager Brian Bradley and interview Officer Gandwe about what had happened and why he had not informed his Manager Todd Rivard. Mr. Gandwe stated that the reason he did not call Todd Rivard was because he had "No Proof" of what he said he heard and did not think anyone would believe him. So he called Mr. Jackson's personal cell phone and told him. Because Mr. Jackson was a black man that he would "FIRE" me on the spot. Not to mention Officer Gandwe was a Part-time Supervisor who was demoted days before due to "Not Knowing How To Due The Job Required Of a Supervisor".

So Mrs. Denise Pollington told me to go ahead and file for un-employment because I was being "Fired" from Wackenhut and would not be relocated to another site like everyone else removed from our site. I in turn filed for Un-Employment. To my suprise I received a letter in the mail that Mrs. Pollington was fighting my claim.

I had to go in front of the Un-Employment review board and state my case. I had to lay out all the facts of what happened and Wackenhut had to try to give their rreason why my Un-employment should be denied. It took all but 5 minutes for there case to be throwin out due to lack of merit. Considering I had worked with the compnay and had only received "1" verbal warning for accidentially disabling a emplyee's badge. Other then that I was never writin up for anything.

The Un-Employment review board gave me my Un-Employment benefites, two months later I received a call while out of town for school. It was Mrs. Denise Pollington offering me my job back at Wackenhut, but at a Bank of America. Also the Job started off paying $10 perhour and not the $17 dollars I was getting at my old site.
Needless to say I am still collecting Un-Employment and going back to school. So my warning is that If you work for Wackenhut they dont care how long you have been loyal to them, they will not be loyal to you or help you in anyway. They will leave you high and dry whenever it suites there needs and then Wackenhut will try to kick you while you are down (try to take your Un-Employment).

Please don't get me wrong, I loved my job and "Most" of the people I worked with. But makesure you cover your A** and dont trust any of them.
