Gables Diagnostic Imaging Associates Insurance Rip-Off, over-charged for services, Blue Cross refused to pay beyond policy agreement, refused to provide explanation Coral Gables Florida

I have Blue Cross PPO full coverage insurance. My various diagnostic tests required a co-payment before the tests were done. I paid the co-payments. About six months later I start getting these bills for $850. for the tests.

I contacted this company which is run by doctors, and they never provided any information as to why they were billing me personally when Blue Cross had already paid them the full amount that they were due for their services pursuant to their agreement as providers for Blue Cross. They merely ignored my complaints and sent the bill to a collection agency to intimidate me into paying.

All the other medical providers that I have ever dealt with have received their full payments from Blue Cross and have never sent me any bogus bills. I filed a complaint with the Insurance Commissioner.
