"After trying to reach Presenta Nova's location in the US for weeks, I have given up. We met them at the New York show, and put some money down for some optical displays. We went looking for them in New York City, but the address listed in their website is a fake address. They list their new contact info on their website as:  116 West 23rd Street New York City, NY 11968 United States - Tel:  1 888 959 1471 - Fax:  1 888 959 1471 - Little did we know that the NY city address provided is a virtual address purchased from https://www.davincivirtual.com/loc/us/new-york/new-york-city-virtual-offices/facility-995  - Calling the 888 number takes you to a foreign country with a strange ring tone, and no one ever answers the call. They also never respond to their emails. There is no office in the US, even though they said there was. I am assuming customer service does not exist in the US either if in fact you are lucky enough to get the goods delivered to you. Do not pay this company a penny at the shows. Do not buy anything from them. They will never answer your calls or respond to your emails. I heard Presenta Nova shut down its US operations and left the country last year allegedly due to them owing money to their landlord and the IRS. They are only showing up for trade shows."
