You know when to quit, but you can't quit now. Benito and I both have found out that you abuse minorities. You think being raped and sodimized is something you'll enjoy? Probably. I apolize for that. I didn't know that you were in that sort of business, I just knew about the jewerly that you make and the aprons that you make, and the hats and paintings that you either make or get some from the indian nation.

But you do have about that many websites, where you either sell jewerly or hats or something from which you do either make, you even ask for medical supplies for like a care giver to others for medical supplies that they need.

Then I suggest that you file a missing report with the post office, as we have yet to receive the 3 packages that you mailed to us.

We did received some sort of a package with a small rug or mat, or what ever you call it and 2 pictures, thats it. That's all that we have received from you since the last swap on June 26th.

All that I have asked of you is for you too either check with the post office as to the where abouts of the packages that you said that you sent, if not, then send me copies of the insurance and copies of the cost of mailing them, so that I can track them down to find out where they were taken.

I am so tired of you telling me this and that, not doing the right thing, getting an attorney, fine, lets go too court, then present all that you did by sending all the packages to us, show where they went, who got them and then lets see where the kettle is called.

On occassions Wayne has listed jewelry store jade and gotten enormous value trades in which he sent the others little junk pieces of jade. And on occassions he has pulled this "I didn't get this or that" in which people feeling sorry for him because of his past of drug and alcohol abuse in which he's recovering, sent him something else to make up to him even though they knew they had sent his items. He state or as you'd call it cries all the time about the pain he is in and how he goes off on people and can't get along with anyone. I was really nice to both of you people in trying to build a relationship.

I make the jewelry. I an not Navajo. We did however send a few pictures and pieces of jewelry that were Navajo made and we specifically listed them as such. Wayne doesn't get things straight. He asks to much for his things and he wants everything postage free even though the boxes of things were expensive and timely to ship, we did ship them in trying to be nice people. I see on his site that he had a 51 year old wife pregnant for the first time and yada yada yada.

I see all sorts of situations he talks about like with your business partner. Everyone but him is bad or wrong or a liar and a thief. Now I'm calling his hand in proving all of this to a judge because when people are nice to him he hurts them. When someone does something for him he wants more and more attention and then gets mad no matter what you do because it's his time to blow up and show his evil nature because he's just full of it. I'm not going to be treated that way by anyone, especially someone with his past reputation of abuse of alcohol and drugs which he talks about like they are a badge of courage in themselves.

I don't have to take this from anyone trying to bully me into more and more above and beyond what I owe them and have paid for. I have reported this issue with him always claiming this or that against the other people, too, to the post master. The people at my post office remember us mailing the packages and they have records too. Now you prove all that you have said against me, your partner, the other people on the site, and anyone else that the postal authorities are checking to see if other's have complaints about the way they have been treated.

I did certainly mention in our phone conversation and to Wayne that my husband is Ottomi and the he makes the jewelry for a Chief of a Shawnee Tribe of which he and I both are members. You don't listen or seem to understand. I do have receipts which I have faxed to my attorneys in Durhan, NC. They will be handling this situation and the defamation of character and harassment charges against both you and Wayne in which you state that I have about 40 websites asking and taking anything from anyone. You people don't seem to get along with anyone. Other people on the site will probably be filing, too for things Wayne claims he never got in which they know that they sent. This is not a game with us as it seems to be with you people.

You said you sent the jewerly 2 weeks after the date posted, which was on June 18th and June 26. Yet the only package received was stamped by the Post Office of the United States of America on July 13th, 2007.

You also state that you have receipts on these packages, if so then send me copies so that I may verify that fact and also to check with the Post Office, as to there whereabouts. Plain and simple, yet you go off the deep end with everything else. YOur religion is your business, just as mine is mine.

Keep it simple and get on with whats at hand.

If you cannot send me copies of the receipts that you have for the insurance and the shipping of these 3 packages, then I will know as with ripoff will know that you have not told the truth in this matter. The things I got from swap site were what I bid on that I wanted. You did short me 6 knives. You sent several boxes of junk that I didn't want. These things you sent without us buying or you putting them on the site. And we told you we didn't want cheap tools, only name brand. However, we did sent you merchandise to cover, more than cover the cost. I'm not sorry for anything I said to you, but I am sorry that I ever did business with you. You are always so pitiful, crying about Viet Nam, crying about being done wrong, this one and that one is a liar or did this or that to you. You cry about being a recovering alcoholic and doing drugs when you were young. I wanted you to succeed by breaking out of that mold of down and out but you aren't going to because of your attitude. You complain about the business partner, also, a minister. Christian is in capital letters and I didn't ever say I was of any particular faith. It isn't your business what I believe or how I worship. But the Bible says not to judge, lest you be judged. You sure do a number of trying to act like you are God. And by the way God is capatilized, too. Now you want to you one on one. Prove I didn't send your things. Prove the business partner is also a liar and a thief, prove that this one and that one on this site and that site cheated you. I still do not believe that Colene has lodged this complain as this sounds more like the rantings and ravings of Wayne Freeman who has numerous websites about his being a minister in need.

While dealing with Colene I was told that they had a hardware store in Littlefield, Texas, and that they had tools for trade or sale. I asked the brand name due to my husband being pretty particular about wanting tools that last, not Dollar Store type items which can be bought cheaply. Mr. --- didn't seem to know the brand names and when we called him to tell him not to send them until we knew what they were they were already sent to our address unsolicited. Later I ran across a listing of Mr. ---'s about his Colene's business partner which is about the same as what he is saying about me.

My wife's business partner is a Word Of Faith minister; but the man is a liar & a thief. That shouldn't be folks. Believers are supposed to be different from the world. They are supposed to be men & women of honor. Without total honesty on our part we will never get anywhere in the kingdom of God. God doesn't require much more than a willing heart from a man or woman; but He does require honor from us; not only to honor & respect Him, but to be honorable & respectable ourselves. I would rather be ripped off than to not trust a believer. I can take the loss of worldly goods; but I can't take closing up my heart to other believers because I can't trust them. Thought you might like to read some of the information that she sent me regarding the swapping and the language that she uses. Oh, yes, by the way who wrote the above for you too type, cause the languages are completely different.

Go get a real life. It has only been two weeks. You have two large boxes enroute to you. One should have arrived. You lied to me because you sent a bunch of junk I didn't ask for and your shorted me 6 knives. I have insurance on all the packages that I have sent to you because you, Wayne, not CoCoMo have not acted right since the beginning. You claim you don't get stuff that people send to you, you argue and want more and more in exchange for stuff you don't want, and not only that stuff I don't want either that you send up here. At the beginning I told you that I would send bracelets to pay for those movies. I sent you a generous plenty. I want no more business with you. You act crazy to get attention and I have not attention for you. I have better things to do and better customers that are satisfied with what I sent to them.

Funny part about the above, first you say that we sent you stuff that you didn't want, and the next line is we shorted you 6 knives. If you didn't want the merchandise, why are you complaining about us shorting you knives. Very confusing. First you don't want it, then your satisified with it and complain that she shorted you something. WHich is it?

Try talking with a little sense. It might help. So you say its only been two weeks, how come the package that we got was mailed on July 13th, if it had only been two weeks, that would have made it around the last weeks of June, not 2 weeks after that an another 2 weeks into July.

I forgot the day we met the day you called us. I even remember returning your call, as we weren't at home, but saw it on the phone. So I was the courteous one to return your call and you said that since you don't have to pay the phone bill there where you live, that you would call me back and I have to pay phone bills and you get it free. So you called me back, you sounded like such a sweet person.
Who knows you may be. We haven't called you since that day, why lie about that?
I dont' email you, cause there are too many to choose from, trade on your things, you have got to be kidding. Not me!

I brought it all out right, I went ahead and posted that he got them, so that she could receive her coupons and shipping money. She told me that she was going to put them in the mail the next day, but as you can see, she has told me that she had shipped them, but then again she tells me that she hadn't.
I am tired of dealing with her and her lies.

This is what I sent to swapathome, this is what we traded her far. She cries that what we sent her a junk, but that is what was listed at swapathome. He saw it, and she wanted it.
We have sent here everthing that she wanted to swap with her on, yet she has failed to send us what we traded her with. We sent her packages within a couple of days, yet when she was suppose to send us the above, she tells us it was sent, or will be sent or that she has sent in 2 weeks ago. Must have gone by tin buck too to get here. This has been since June 18 or June 26, I don't know of any mail that thats 3-4 weeks to come from North Carolina to Texas.
What you saw, is what you wanted, all I am asking is that you send us what we are suppose to get, not something else that you might have in mind.
We never got the jelly opal, cause you never sent it.
You may have gotten swapathome by the shirt tails, but you don't have me.
If you can't get the names straight, then at least have the courtsey to not talk about anyones names.

We received one box yesterday, that contained some sort of throw, yet it wasn't a throw at all, 2 small pictures. That's it. She said that she mailed these 2 weeks ago, yet it was post marked on 7-13-07. What a lier and what a theif she and her husband are.

She and her husband still owe us the jewerly, yet she lied and is still lying about that as well.

If you type in her name in search, you will find about 50 or more sites that she is using to get anything from anyone. People say, money is cheap, its not the money honey, its the person behind the money that is the cheap one. Only thing is she says that she has no money, what a crock.

Just wanted all of you too know, that what she sent us was a lie and she's still lying.

I am a member of a barter group where we exchange items we can live without for items we need. I am fairly new to the site and doing pretty well.

Wayne Freeman, a man who is on disability often uses this site under the name of CoCoMo or Colene Freeman. He also uses the name Joseph. He got several of my items from the site, then emailed me asking me to trade with him off the site. Due to record keeping and not knowing him I hesitated to do so.

He stated that it would take a couple of weeks to get credit for the things I had sent to other people and if I would like something he had to please let him know, he would trade off site. I mentioned a hard drive and a modem, if they were in working order. Wayne then told me he often sent boxes of things to people whether he knew them or not and the would send him back stuff they didn't want. I told him I didn't think that was a fair way to work for him or me that people should trade equally.

Wayne compulsively emailed me telling me of his problems in the past with VietNam and I suggested that he, I, and my husband talk, when Wayne started talking about me moving to Texas. My husband and I called him but he would not answer the phone.

We tried again and a woman named Colene answered and put Wayne on the phone, but he didn't want to talk to my husband about some tools he was trying to sell. We have a lot of tools, but would possibly buy more, but only if they were want we wanted or needed. However, Wayne had just packed three boxes full of odds and ends, mostly Dollar Store quality that can be bought cheaply. They are not tools for everyday use because they are weak and don't hold up well. And he sent a box of computer stuff, mostly outdated memory.

This is stuff we certainly don't need and neither does anyone else. He also sent a teakwood bowl and little bowls which I can find a dozen times over any Saturday at a yardsale for $5 or less. I explained this to him when he started wanting me to pay him $50 for the set. I had specifically emailed him not to send that up here or the tools unless he could converse with my husband about the brand name and specific items.

I did sent Southwestern style jewelry to Wayne, explaining to him that it was not Navajo jewelry like in his area because we do not have a BIA card from the Navajo tribe. I am a member of the Shawnee and my husband is a member of the Otomi. We explained to Wayne that if he resold the jewelry that he should list it as Southwestern and could mention that Benito and I made the jewelry and are members of the Otomi and Shawnee Tribes. However, he persist to sell the jewelry on his sites as Indian jewelry or Native American jewelry rather than Southwestern style.

This was irritating to me that he did not give consideration to the conversations we had with him. He just didn't listen. He sent old movies and some off brand dvds that were in Spanish. I sent jewelry to him for that and was very generous. My brother was here looking at the swap site where Wayne had listed knives. I bought the knives from Wayne off the site paying him with trade points from the site.

Wayne asked me to go ahead and mark the items as received so that he could get his postage money and his trade points right then. I did so although I had some misgivings as to how to keep up with all this because he had trouble listening and remembering things in business. When my order for the knives came it was 6 knives short and an older knife he had charged a foutune for was worthless. The knives were overprices.

Wayne had also sent a leather vest here for $50. I found the same vest in the BudK Catalogue for $19.95, so that taught me that he simply didn't do business in a way we wanted to do business. He got things from the auction site, but was pretty upset with me for not wanting him to send stuff up here dumping on me, then trying to break me down to either pay him or send him things he could sell.

I finally told him we would settle up and mailed the last two packages to him at his post office box. He emailed over and over with the most twisted garbled up mess I have ever heard about religion. It was very disturbing.

I finally told him that his way of doing business was not the way we wanted to work. He again wanted to trade off site and I told him no. That I do sell things, but require a deposit for the materials and then the balance, at which time I ship the items. He said he would pay via money order, which I really don't want because so many of them are fake. I suggested Pay Pal, but he said he didn't use that anymore. On one occassion he said that he didn't get a jelly opal which I knew that I sent.

It wasn't a big deal, but I did send him another opal, since I had sent the other one and it was the last jelly opal, I sent a very nice expensive Bolder Opal, which he never even thanked me for. After I told him no more just shipping junk to me expecting me to trade or pay him, he began to complain to the swap site that his orders were short.

I got in touch with the owner of the site and told them to give Wayne back any points due for what he claimed that he didn't get. That I would take one more loss to get rid of him. He wanted his orders faster than the mail could deliver. One email he would say take my time in settling up so he could get new things I was making, then he would want to know what packages he had coming and when they were going to get there. The owner of the swap site was upset at Wayne for wanting to deal off the site and in him sending stuff that I didn't ask him to send. He stated that Wayne had marked all the items he bought from the site with the highest ratings and did not show any problem until I refused to deal with him offsite.

I am very interested in having an attorney to represent me in slander, harassment, and other issues that might arise with Mr./Ms. Freeman, whoever this person turns out to be. I feel this is a serious issue as far as my reputation and that this person is a dangerous and malicious person.
