GALBO SIMS HOLDINGS LL GS Holdings Processing Payments called me warning me of a credit card amount that i never paid and that a letter was being prepared to garnish my wages. I set up a payment but after I spoke to my lawyer he advised me to cancel the payment and wait for them to resend me a new judgment letter, which i never received. Bladsdell New York

This company called scaring me with a garnishing my paycheck for an unpaid credit that I never had or opened. I have to admit I became nervous and threaten so I gave them my credit card number and set up a payment. At first in January they called trying to collect over $2,000 but this past week they called saying he can settle it for just $400. I spoke to a lawyer and he advised me to cancel the agreement i made with GS Holding to collect payments from me. GS even sent me a document for me to sign to release payments. I never signed it and I called my credit card company to stop the payments but they still collected $100 from.
I would like GS Holdings to give me back my $100 and stop calling me with this bogus claim.
