Galileo Processing, Wired Plastic fraudulent practices Ogden Utah

i had a wire transfer sent to my wired plastic account on november 17, 2008 and as of now, it has not been deposited. Wired Plastic will be charging me a wire fee for that wire deposit and I had to pay $35 to my other bank to have the deposit sent, so i can use the funds right away. Wired Plastic advised me at first, 3-5 hours, depending on when it was sent, it was sent at noon time, eastern. it should have been deposited. As of today, no deposits have made. now wired plastic are telling me up to 2 business days for that deposit to arrive.

this is not their first time, my deposits have been argued. i spoke with centennial bank, their general counsel and the number to one of their directors. nothing has been done.

this company should be charged for RICO, running an illegal organization.
