Whether it is legal or not, this "law firm" is unethical. They are unreasonable and sneaky.
I have been paying on a debt as agreed and they put a garnishment plus adding more than 25% interest and fees to that debt. No advise or warning on the garnishment which should not be legal to put an entire amount of judgement and hold your banks fund in full. Basically they lock your bank account down and all your bills will be NSF.
I could understand a small percentage of the debt but they should be required to have you appear in court.
They file elctronically and their judge buddies sign off on these garnishments with no idea of validity.
It's a criminal racket and they are all criminals. Bankruptcing people that have gone through tough times.
They are noting short of terrorist.
