When I learned that the Game Crazy store near my house was closed, I went to the next nearest store in Stockton and that store was closing for business that week.  There were barely any good PS3 grames left and I had credit for trading a bunch of games I didn't play anymore, but I put the credit towards a game that is coming out in Fall 2010.  I told the Game Crazy employee that I was willing to drive to San Jose in the Fall to get the game I wanted.  He told me to call 1-877-325-8687 to ask for a gift card mailed to me with the balance I had in store.  He could not give me a gift card anymore because the computers were just set to sell and not accept any returns, exchanges, credit or sell gift cards.  I took the number and my mom called the next day.  The person who helped told her that the gift card was going to be mailed and we will get it in about 7 to 10 days.  After about two weeks my mom called again to ask about the card since we had not received it.  My mom was told that the credit was issued to the store the same day and it was used to buy games, when my mom said that she had requested for the gift card to be mailed, the man told her that in fact it had been mailed out the next day of the first call and the card had already been used.  My mom told the man that we had not received the card and asked to verify the address.  The man gave her our address and he said that probably someone in the neighborhood had taken it out of our mailbox (our mailbox has a lock) and that they could not replace the card.  My mom called again to talk with a manager and she was told that all calls are handled through calling that number and there are no managers to talk with.  We waited a week and call again, my mom this time was told that they were going to send the card and we should get it in two weeks.  After three weeks we called again and were told the same story as the first time we called and that there was nothing they could do about it.  I gave them my nine games and got nothing out of them!  They stole my games and my money!
