DO NOT use gametag. I managed to get a quote for a warcraft account, and I sent along my details. Otatus was the following:

2013-06-23 07:11:04    Waiting Queue

It is now more than two months later, and the status has not changed. I have recieved no responce from GameTag though I have emailed, left a message on their live support chat (which is NEVER on, you can only leave messages there), I tried their facebook page, I tried everything.

Two months have now passed and I have recieved no word from them at all, despite my many attempts to contact them. Please do not use this company.

If my problem is resolved I will happily update this ticket on the same day. Currently my advice is avoid GameTag at all costs.

To OP - You lost credibility and everything is inaccurate

AUTHOR: Damon - ()

POSTED: Tuesday, November 05, 2013

To the original reporter, you're contradicting yourself here.

One minute you say they haven't done anything, don't communicate, haven't processed your quote or whatever you're trying to sell them, the next you're saying that they steal and are a scam. You clearly don't understand the difference between the two or you were careless with what you posted. Problem is at this point you've lost all credibility because your report is inaccurate and false.

Also, no offense to you but my understanding is that you're selling a world of warcraft account. If I remember right, it's a violation to do this. Do you not understand this? You clearly don't or you just disregard their rules and do as you please. It's their property, not yours.

So the company quotes you for something you're not supposed to sell, doesn't move forward with the transaction, you come on here flaming them and falsely accusing them for something that you have no right to sell to begin with. I'm sorry but nobody is going to feel sorry for you. Also, life lesson for you here is if you treat your buyers like trash, they aren't going to buy from you.

You got what you deserved

According to the ToS of Blizzard Enterainment for WoW, you have violated their ToS. You deserved what you did regardless Game Tag is ripping you off.

On a side note, do you think about how many people are trying to sell WoW account & how many people are looking to buy & play the game? The game is not as popular as it used to be and the subscription is in the decline. I guess that Game Tag themselves are having trouble selling it.
