as i walk in to the store no one ask me if i need help.
but d**n. i have peed in some gross places in my life (port a john's, park, behind dumpsters, the old , new york gas stations...), and this place takes the case. grossest bathroom ever.
it 's not wheelchar asal ball. and should be
no one wears a name tag or uinform i was in there for a 1/2 hour no one helped me .
i looked around for help and asked a kid do you work here he said no but the kid over there does it was not helpfull to see most of the staff playing games and not helping the customers out.
come on that's not good buisness at all it is very poor buisness if you ask me
i found 3 of the same games with diffrent prices on it all new games
the staff there seemed displeased, and botherd when i asked questions and they would not even make good eye contact with me when i did ask them about games etc.
also sometimes you hear foul lanuage and it is very bothersome because it is suppose to be a kids store to enjoy gaming and it hasn't been at all latley .it has been very dissapointing to me and needs to change please try hard to do something about all this soon ! so it is better for kids to go to .

Everyone in the world should be so lucky to have a store like this near them. The best fun Ive had in gaming is from the times Ive had at this store and I travel quite a distance to enjoy this place. I have heard many great things about their online company although I have never purchased anything from the site.
They care so much about the community and I hope they prosper so we can have more Game Universe stores.
If you havent gone to the store in Framingham you are missing out on the ultimate gaming store.
So the Bathroom was dirty one day. Maybe you pissed all over the place and they took a little longer then expected to clean it. How many game stores do you know that even let you use their bathroom. They are a gaming store not a place to go pee and critique the bathroom. Get a life.

you also mentioned its not wheelchair accesable.Well it actually is there is a back door with a raised floor that goes right into the store.

To Mark ( if thats your real name) are you actually a customer or a disgruntled ex-employee??I am an ex-girlfriend of the owner and I am being blamed for this report you wrote so at least write back and respond.I admit myself sometimes the bathroom cant be 100% clean all the time but its no where near as you discribed it.The employees are very busy there,there are customers( that come first) orders to put away,trade ins etc,,no employee ever ignores a customer that comes in ,I havent been in the store personally in months but,Jamie,Jackie,Tony and Collin and other employees there kept it pretty neat.Its a video game store full of kids,things are going to get messed up sometimes but,they do a great job keeping up on things.You may have just gone a very busy day when there was a tournament or something.
Please check out the store again and write a rebutal and please write a note so I dont get blamed for your report!! thx.Mary
