Gamevance\arcaderockstar never sent winning from 5/07 Irvine California

hi i joined gamevance and was a new player thier i followed their rules for the site and recivied several email that they were behind sending out prizes for the may winners i had won a $200.00 visa and was so excited since i live on a fixed oncome on ssi the company had to send out winners list to the company that does the cards and they would notify me when the card was shipped, i waited and waited for my prizes. about a week later i tryed to sign on to my account to find it blocked i could understand if i broke the rules then fine but i had not i sent the company sever e-mails thur their site with no replay i then wrote the company in ca. on 7/07 and to this day have recivied no responce. stay away from gamevance to avoid this type of problem i contacted city cleakrs office in ca to find out thier is no fictisous name listed has gamevance or rockstar arcade if any one eles has a problem i would be interested in hearing about this ..........

stay away from there too

they have not sent peoples cards out its going on 3 months, they wont answer the phones or reply with why the cards are not shipped within the 60 days that is says on there website they may reply once and say once they are shipped the status will change and you will be notified. there customer service is very bad!!we will prob never receive our cards!!!!
