I would like to share my greivance to the internet community and to warn others against buying MMO accounts from Gamewar.com.
1. I first paid for a FFXIV account for USD546 via Mastercard Payment thru a Moneybooker's Payment Gateway on 28 March 2012 @ 7.58pm. No confirmation email received.
2. As I did not receive any email confirmation of my order (or payment), I sent them another email on 28 March 2012 @ 10.34pm. No reply to my email was received.
3. On 29 March 2012 @ 12.08am, I received an email from Gamewar Support from Carla G. stating that they picked up my order 144800 (in the Subject:). In the same email, they referred to another order 143670, which was NOT my order. This email requested for a Photo ID.
4. On 29 March 2012 @ 12.21am, I replied with a copy of my Driver's License and have not received any reply from them since.
5. I follow up on the status via email on 29 March 2012 @ 3.38am. No reply from them.
6. I follow up on the status via email on 29 March 2012 @ 9.40am. No reply from them.
7. I follow up on the status via email on 29 March 2012 @ 9.50pm. No reply from them.
8. I follow up on the status via email on 30 March 2012 @ 11.07am. No reply from them.
I'm afraid that I have been scammed by Gamewar.com. Payment made was to Loot Inc. May God help me regain my trust in humanity again.

Wanted to update this one more time
I think I was to hard on them on the last order. They did delivery pretty quickly and compared to others they are actually one of the faster services I've used.
I went ahead and made a 2nd and final purchase with this company. This time around the delivery appeared to be automated and everything went as ordered. I guess once you get verified, the process goes much smoothly.
Won't need to buy another account again but will recommend this company to others.

Dear whoever is buying from Gamewar.com, I'm Lionel and I'm the one who submitted this ripoff report. Almost immediately after I submitted this ripoff report, I received ONE Automated Response email after a miserable TWO emails as detailed in my report. Being unsatisfied with an AUTOMATED reponse, I sent another email via their "LIVE CHAT" (which was never LIVE) and received another AUTOMATED reponse. Aparently they have "improved" their customer service by placing Automated Reponses to emails sent to their ONE and ONLY contact - accounts@gamewar.com. Subsequently, I sent another email and also got another AUTOMATED response.
A couple of hours later, I received the account details and an email from their technical team stating that my verification is complete. In addition, they explained the reason for the delay in delivery is due to them having to contact the Game Developer to reset the password (which is not part of their usual delivery practice). I accept this explanation but still feel frustrated by the lack of communication and the inability to communicate with a LIVING BREATHING PERSON on the other end of the communication channel.
I confirm receipt of the account I bought that can be logged in, with details of the chars being as advertised but I AM NOT able to confirm the other details such as amount of in game currency and the equips of the character. I also highlight to that the account does not come with an active subscription and I had to renew the subscription in order to log in. My experience ends here but if Gamewar.com sees this, I hope they take active steps to boost their reputation and their customer service which is severely lacking.
