Garcinia Advanced Rip off, deceptive and misleading ad Santa Ana California

On Otober 29, I ordered the free trial of Garcinia Advance and Cleanse Pro and was only to pay the shipping and handling.  I called to verify that this was legit and rep said yes that was all I had to  pay.  So I proceeded to order and there was nothing saying I had subscriped to a monthly shipment.  My gut told me to research more and to my surprise I saw over 200 complaints.  So I called this morning to cancel and got the automated system that said your subscription has been cancelled and you account has been charged $38.71, imagine I was livid.  So I tried to call back 5 times and kept getting recording that your subscription has been cancelled and goodbye.  I sent email but sure that will not work.  I will not use the product now if the company deceives you with their ad who knows what the heck you are getting.  Hopefully my credit card company will refund my money but I doubt it.
