 I was scrolling through facebook one day when I saw an ad about Garcinia cambogia that was supposed to do miracles for weight loss so I proceeded to the website where it told me it was a free trial offer for Garcinia cambogia and mango cleanse for 95 each for shipping and it was a free trial so a couple weeks later I received the bottles in the mail and a couple days after that I was charged seventy nine dollars and 54 cents and then another fee of $87.64 I was unaware that this company would take out this money so I called the customer service line at 188 85120 533 

I talk to a customer service representative and asked why they had taken this money out they said that I it was a free trial offer and that's it was in the terms and conditions I agree to when I went to check out with this order and I had no idea that there were terms and conditions so I never read them and I was unaware of this so I told the representative that I wanted a refund and they would return the bottles he said that there is no refunds and that he could cancel my offer and he would try and keep me as a customer by giving me 20 percent off I told him that I did not want that and I could not afford that so he proceeded to entice me with a 50 percent off ur said no I cannot afford that either just cancel my subscription please he said well as a consolation

I can give you two free bottle and said well that's fine I'd rather have that than nothingso a month later I check my bank account and another $87.64 and seventy $79.64 was taken out of my account so I called the customer service line again and ask them why they had taken money out of my account when I had already cancelled they told me it was for the two bottles that I was sent again which were supposed to be free I told the representative this and he says that that it was a misunderstandingon my part and I ask to speak to a manager when he told me that I would be told the same thing by everyone else there and that there was nothing I could do so I told him I wanted nothing to make sure that my account was cancelled 

I would never have anything to do with them again it just can't how they can take money out of your account and legal right is it by saying I miss Dusty first page of the terms and conditions in fine print that soap do you use it when no one wants to read the Terms and Conditions anyway so how they get away with this is beyond me but it just get him and the pills that I took don't even work they made me feel sick and I couldn't even get out of bed for a day I felt so ill I hope this reaches somebody before day embark in this company they are scammers and they will give you nothing but frustration and debt

The $4.95 for each bottle was all you had to pay which was the shipping costs so when I finally received both of my bottles in the mail the next day I checked my bank account and 87 dollars and 67 cents was taken out and another payment the next day for $79.64 both payments

I was unaware that they were to be taken out! when I called there customer service line 18885120533 and asked politely why they had taken more money out of my account, they explained that I had agreed to pay this each month when I signed up for the free trial and when I checked out I agreed to terms and conditions which explained everything all 51 pages of fine print! so no of course I did not read the terms and conditions, I didn't think something like this could be legal! ( naive me ) so I told the representative that I would send the bottles back and told her that I needed my money refunded because I simply could not afford this each month , let alone this time!!

I was told that they do not do refunds but she would give my 20% off if I chose to stay I said no, then she said she could give me 2 free bottles and cancel my account, I told her that would be fine and that was it! A month goes buy and I see that $87.64 had been taken out of my account again then the next day $79.64 had been taken out both by the garcinia company! I called the customer service line again and asked why this had happened after I cancelled and the man told me that it was for the 2 bottles which were supposed to be free!

I told him they were supposed to be free and he told me that I misunderstood, and when I asked to speak to a manager he told me everyone would tell me the same thing! I'm furious at this point, my bank tells me all I can do is change my debit card! this place is a scam and the pills haven't done anything for me either!!
