Garcinia Cambogia 30 day refund paid for shipping fees still haven't received refund, customer service rep claimed package was received when speaking about when will I be receiving my refund keep hanging up St.George Utah

I have bought the Garcinia Cambogia on Feb 8 2014 for $80.00 reciieved 2 bottles of the product, when using the pills intented for weightloss didn't help with any weightloss but gave me severe headaches and nausea repeatedely was vommiting, therefore decided on returning the product. Called the customer service number and she had told me that there would be $5.95 Charge for the bottle re-stocking fee. After paying $18.00 for shipping with a tracking number, had called up customer service and had asked them if they recieve the package which they had recieved when asking when will I have my refund issues the rep hung up. I called customer service another time had the same issue of hanging up when asked to be spoken to a supervisor on duty told me there was no supervisor and hung up. Finally called another time had the same issue. This company is scamming people by making them purchase the item giving them there credit card info claimig that it is 30 days money back guramtee which is not and having used Dr.Oz name conveying people to buy there product.
