First of all, this company called ME.  I did NOT call them at all.  The agent, "Vicki" (id#1468637) talked and talked, AND TALKED, and swore by this product.  She talked loud, and she talked fast. 

The product was "Garcinia Lean Liquid" and she offered me a "90 day challenge", and she would pay me $5.00 per pound for every pound I lost.  She guaranteed me 30-day money back guarantee if not satisfied.  She guaranteed me no shipping and handling, no taxes, no extra fees WHATSOEVER.

She also offered me a 4 year supply of a "Detox" product.. She listed all of the health benefits, not just the weight loss, but she made it sound like a miracle cure for every ailment I have...

It was apparently seen on the Oprah show, and Dr. Oz show, among others.  Not to mention all of the celebrities who swore by the product, and all of it's benefits. 

She promised me a one time only fee on my credit card, no auto-renewal of product or charges.

She told me it was a "special price" of just $89.95 x 3 months. The Detox was "only" $29.95.

I told her I wanted to think about it and call her back..  But She kept pressuring me about the special price, and She PROMISED me my money back under ANY condition.   I didn't have time to think things through. 

So, reluctantly, I gave her my Credit/Debit Card number.  BIG MISTAKE!

Approximately two weeks later I got a delivery notice from my mail man to pick up the parcel at a local RPO.  When I arrived, the agent told me there was $35.xx in taxes and customs owing on the product.  I told her I was not paying it, not only because; A) I was GUARANTEED no extra fees, but also because; B) I'm currently unemployed, and I couldn't afford it. 

So I went home and I called the 1-888# Vicki gave me (which is now disconnected), and I spoke to "Joe".  He told me I would not get my money back. I called back and spoke to another agent (female) who was very rude and hung up on me.  I called several more times after that, and they kept getting ruder, and they would hang up on me if they didn't want to talk to me anymore.  (I'm pretty sure there is only a few reps that work there) 

So, since the Post Office sent the parcel back, the company is saying I didn't return it properly.  I am not only out $155.00, but I DON'T HAVE THE PRODUCT.  

I've called them so many times begging for either a refund or the product, but they absolutely refuse to help.  It was only calling again tonight (twice) that I got Joe again, and he gave me the name, and the address of the company "Superior Distributing".. He may have let it slip that he is only a third party, and has no control over their policies and procedures. 

I would like either my money back (preferred), or the product shipped back out to me.  Neither of which they are willing to do.  I even offered to pay the shipping to have them re-ship it to me. 

They are rude and ignorant and absolutely unwilling to help.  They refused to let me speak to a manager or a supervisor, insisting that they are the manager on duty. 

My bank wouldn't or couldn't help either because of the fine print on returning the item which I didn't read :'(

I have soo many issues and complaints with this company....

-Customer service failed to provide assistance

-A failure to honor a contract or agreement

-The inappropriate behavior by customer service personnel

-A failure to honor money-back guarantees

-The company failed to honor their policy regarding refund, exchange or credit

-The company failed to honor a verbal commitment to provide refunds, exchanges, or credit

-A sales presentation with high pressure sales

-A sales presentation that  failed to disclose key conditions of the offer

Please, I hope you can help me get this resolved.  Or at least get the word out.

I wrote two different complaint letters to the BBB, and both times the case was closed because the company did not return their calls, or their number had been disconnected!
