i was going to get a house threw garden homes realty they even showed me the house and told me i could move in on october 31 2010 they even had me pay them 300.00 to them so they can fix my credit so i was happy the i was going to buy a house until 2 days later the house i was told i had was gave to someone they did not even have the balls to call me and tell me that someone else was getting the so i call them about 5 days later to get my 300.00 back david would even talk to me he had jesse darringer to do all of his dirty work for him and when i talk to her she told me that i have sign a paper the i had 72 hours to claim my money and i do not remember singing anything like that and if i did i was side track because david was making me do copys for him when someone in the office should had did that so now they wont give me my money back please help

Is that why 20 years ago you sold me a house with tenants in it and than forged my signature on a rent to buy contract with the tenants in the house?
I NEVER agreed to a rent to buy contract and youn did a contract with them without my knowledge until I listed the house for sale. Wow, man of your word does NOT describe you and I can't even repeat the words that my husband has used to describe your horrendous and illegal actions. You are lucky that my boyfriend (now husband) does not believe in violence or revenge and is a great guy.
He couldn't believe what you did 20 years ago to me and you almost destroyed my credit but thanks to him, a great job and some other reputable people's assistance we were able to fix what you did illegally and make it all work out legally.
Don't profess to be a Christian and assist in ruining the christian faith's repuation. People already think christians are hyprocrits and it's because of people like you.

I do not remember a Cristopher Stone at this point and I would like for him to call me at
317-457-1800 so I can try to undestand what he is talking about. I am a man of honor and live by Christian principles and I am very succesful so I do not need money that I did not earn or was agreed upon. I do charge $300 as a Broker retainer fee and then perform due
diligence in to helping clients build their credit scores up by helping them establishing
positive trade lines that increases their score1 We also validate debt and collections on their report and help them to negotiate debt, pennies on the dollar. Our "Mission Statment"
is to make them a "Happy Homeowner" by helping them obtain fianacing. We also
negotiate to settle collections that lower credit scores. If the collection is inaccurate
then we have it deleted from their report. We take credit rebuilding seriously! We sell
more homes from this very mundane and tedious work! i have 32 years experience for I started in 1979. I have sold hundreds of homes and I love homes, and people, especially
when I make their dream come true!
