Garden Homes realty Star Homes INC True Meaning of a Scam Artist Indianapolis, Indiana

Ok where shoud I begin. I found an ad on Craigslist about a 4 bedroom home at 3433 w. 30th st. It sounded like a good deal for 650.00 per month. I met with David on the 28th and he was telling me about how nice the home was and that since I was renting if I decided to do a rent to own option he would build me a garage and give me a car at a total cost of 5000.00. I was amazed until Wednesday. I was suppose to move into the home on Saturday Feb. 4th. I was ion constant contact with Amanda and Diana (the ladies that work there) about if the home was going to be ready because they said they just evicted someone from there on Monday. Well my children and I were living in a hotel at the tome and we needed a place to go since they kicked us out of the hotel because of superbowl. I called Amanda and asked if I could move in sooner because on the 31st I gave them 1,950.00 to pay for everything. She said I could but I had to wait until 7 to get the keys from Mike (the maintence guy)

So 7 rolls around and Mike is no where to be found.  Earlier that day I went to get utilities in my name. I talked to Mike and he told me that the back door had not been fixed and I could just go in and wait for them. Well when I got to the house the d**n thing looked and smelled terrible!!!! The carpet was a mess, it looked like mold has grown in one of the bathrooms and the other bathroom toilet was not planted on the ground it was leaning to one side!!! The house was terrible!!! I called the next day very upset and Diana told me that they would have someone working on the house and it would be ready by the time I got ready to move in Saturday.

So move-in day comes and nothing has been done to the house. I went to go take some pictures of the place so I could show David what was never done to my house. At this poin I just wanted my money back because I felt like I was lied to. So I went to his office to talk to him about a refund and he was not there. Amanda got him on the phone and he was very rude to me!!! I told him I wanted my refund and you know what he did? He called the police on me!! The police officers were very nice to. They were so nice one offer apologized to me for being called out there for that. They even told David that he should just give me my money back!!! Well as we were leaving his office I get a call from the devil himself stating that he just put a restraining order against me and that if I came to his office I would go to jail. ( really? you placed a restraining order on me that quick lol) then he sends me a text message stating that he had to talk to his partner (this is someone I have never even heard about until now) about releasing me from my lease and getting me my refund. He told me I would hear from him on Monday by 5.

Then Diana calls me asking me do I still want the house?!! Really are you serious!!! Then she asked me for my new address so they can mail my refund to me. So Monday gets here and I am gettting calls from both Diana and Mike telling me that David wants me to go see the house. I am really pissed because I already told David I dont want the house and by this time I already found another place so I really don't want it!! I keep telling them I dont want to see the house at all. Then instead of Davis calling me Diana once again calls me to tell me that they will not release me from my lease and they are not going to give me my refund!!! So now I have to take them to court to get me money back when David should have just been a man and given me my money back.

I AM TELLING YOU THESE PEOPLE ARE CROOKS!!! He has a F rating with the BBB!!! Please save yourself a lot of trouble and dont rent or buy anything from this man.

Oh, and he posted the house that I am suppose to be in back on craigslist!!! Where they do that at?
