This company is NOT to be trusted. He promised,verbally,that if I purchased a home he would give a credit for the remainder of the subscription. Six months into the subscription I told him I closed on a home and I wanted the remainder of the credit issued to me. I made repeated calls and I never saw the other half of the 300 dollars plus the postage and handling fees of 25 dollars. He turned his toll free # into an answering machine because he got tired of hearing customer complaints like mine. 

The foreclsosure properties are NO bargains. They are listed at full cost. Buyer beware. Don't subscribe to his bogus listings.
