A person with the name Gary Edward Dame has been diagnosed with paranoya schitzifinia and manic depression. He has a history of drug and alcohol abuse and has been receiving social security benefits since 1996. In Feb. 1996 he was given custody of a 10 year old boy.
This boy, my little brother, needs help. No one can understand what he's going through. It hurts so much to watch him go through the pain. Thankfully, I was old enough to get away.
Gary is very manipulative, please be aware, he is dangerous.

I would be curious to know what his side of the story is. Is the reason the medical insurance expired was because he had the insurance through his employer and got laid off? With today's national economy, finding another job in any industry is a difficult task, if not impossible.
