PrimeState Public Adjusters, Inc. is a public adjusting firm licensed by the State of Florida, New York, New Jersey, very soon in Texas, and our intention is to continue to open offices in other states. We are an A+ Rated company with the Better Business Bureau and have always remained a good standing never having a complaint filed against us. In fact, we have thousands of testimonials provided to us by our satisfied clients justifying same. Aside from being the BBB, we are members of NYPAA, FAPIA and AAPIA as well as numerous chambers of commerce because of our excellent reputation and customer service. We are in the process of establishing a new website and in doing research for same, I came across the link Report #91601 titled “Gary F. Blair of Blairs House Doctor; Michael Anderson of PrimeState Public Adjuster.”

 This Report #91601 indicates that a gentleman referring to himself as both Gary F. Blair and Michael Anderson has been acting in a fraudulent manner using our name, PrimeState Public Adjusters which we have trademarked. Apparently and according to the report, Mr. Blair/Anderson has been stealing his customers’ money while using our company name. We, the real PrimeState Public Adjusters, Inc., have been conducting business since 1998 in the most ethical fashion. It is upsetting to find out that this man has been illegally using PrimeState’s name in order to steal Insureds’ monies.

 We, like the Insureds’, have now become victims to this man’s horrible actions as our name is being tarnished along with our reputation.  Not only has he stolen and cheated his clients out of money, but he has done it under our name which again, is trademarked, in order to perform illegal activity. Not only is he now hurting consumers, but Mr. Blair/Anderson is also hurting business owners like myself. He is a con-artist, schemer and he must be stopped.

 The real Primestate Public Adjusters, Inc. has worked significantly hard throughout the years to get the company to the reputable point it is currently at, however, and due to Mr. Blair/Anderson’s actions which have in turn caused consumers to justifiably warn people of him is damaging our company since he committed these acts while using our name. We ask consumers to stay clear of this man and for business owners to make sure he has not used their name as well as he has used ours. Primestate Public Adjusters, Inc. is a well-respected company and not only do we not hold a license in Michigan, but Mr. Blair/Anderson does not either.
