                This  is  an  UPDATE  ON   A  NO GOOD  JERK  NAMED  GARY  R.  LEE,

       MD.   However:   Before  we  do  any  further  business  here,  I  give  THANKS  AND  

       PRAISE   for  your  life  and  good  health,  as  you  continue  to   help  us  find   the  

       pathway  to  JUSTICE,  and in  doing  so,  we  must  perforce   give   our  righteous

       PRAISE  AND  THANKS  to  a  fine  and  hard-working    friend,  and  neighbobor,

      Mr. Ed  Magedson,   the  Founder  of  RIPOFF REPORT.   

      Let  this  following   update  and  narrative,  be  a LESSON  well -  and  -  truly  learned

      by  all  you   jerk-offs   who  would  violate   your   Hippocartic  Oath,  to  gain a  dollar,

      or   would  violate   your  Hippocratic  Oath,  and   His  Golden Rule,  to   extract  what

      is  not yours,   merely  because  you  THINK  you  have  a  little  bit  of  education,  that  

      some  other  people  do not  have,  and   therefore   you  believe   that  YOU  have  the

      right,  somehow,  as   you  have   dotten  that   right,  and  kept  it  illicitly;   that  you  

      have   the  right  to   BLACKMAIL, EXTORT,  and   exact  larceny   from  those  who 

      would  come  to  you  for  treatment  and  medicaments.   

      I am  here,  righfully,  to  not  only   inform  and  educate  you....that   you   do not

      have  that  right.   GOD  did  not  lend  you  that  right.   NO   COURT  OF  GOD

      lent  you  the   RIGHT  TO   STEAL,  TO  EXTORT, TO  BLACKMAIL.

      And  THIS  IS  A  FURTHER  WARNING.   WATCH  YOUR  STEP.   YOU  ARE NOT

     MORE  IMPORTANT  THAN   THE  NEXT  MAN.   Perhaps  you   are  making  a  

     good  living  now.   Perhaps   your  bank  account   is   swelled   to   fullness.   Perhaps

     your  cup  indeed   "runneth  over".    But,  BE  WARNED.   Should  you  find  your  cup

     running  over  due  to  your  obsession  with   "The  World",  and   what  you   think  your

     money  can  buy  you.....then  I  urge  you  to THINK.   In  the  cemetries  of   New York, 

     Los Angeles,   Houston,   Dallas,   Boston,   Asheville,  Miami,  Chicago.......  lie  

     the  remains  of   men  who   thought  that   their  millions   would  buy  them   im-

     mortality,   and   they  thought  that   Time  and  the  Calendar   would   ignore   them.

     They  thought  that  luxury  homes  and   $100,000  cars  would   furnish  them   pro-

     tection  from   the   consequences  of   their   misdeeds.   But,   they  were  wrong.

     They're  gone.  And  no one  remembers  them,  now.   And  THAT  is  what  they've

     learned.   And  THAT  is  what  they've  earned:   Their  EVIL   has  earned   nothing-

     ness.    All  that's  left  of  them,  is  some   scratches  on  a   marble  chunk.   

     YOU  DOCTORS:   BE  WARNED.   OBEY  GOD'S  LAWS,   AND  YOUR  OATH.

     Or,  YOU WILL  PAY  THE  PRICE.....and  that  price  is   the  earned   Apathy  from

     the  people   you  could  have   helped  and  did  not.

LADIES  AND  GENTLEMEN:    This  is a  further  report  on  a  phony  rebuttal  by  MICK,  a  phony  friend,  a  phony  ex-employee,  and  a phony-at-large.  But, as  always,  here,  we  pay  some  homage  and 

recognition  to  Mr. Ed  Magedson,  our  EDitor-in-Chief !!  May God  Bless and  keep  you,  and  your  fine  family.  To  continue:

Mick,  somehow  discovered  my  little  essay  on  his  former  employer   and   former  ( or  current )  buddy,  GARY  R.  LEE.   GARY  R.  LEE  is  a FORMER  Tulsa   physician  who  bought   a  phony  "personal  injury-lawyer  referral   ambulance  chaser"   REHAB  practice,   several   years  ago,  from  a  dangerous,  lieing,   devious,   ambulance-chaser,

QUACK,  and  a   JOKE  in  the  Tulsa   Osteopathic  Community,  name  of FERRAR.

Ferrar,  was  total  liar,  cheat  and  thief.   GARY  R. LEE   bought  this   phony  osteopathic   amblance  chasing   PHONY  practice.    Now,  I  had  seen  this  punk-a$$,  lieing,  cheating,  thieving  QUACK,  after  a  nice  man   who  happened  to  be  insured  out  the  wazoo,  with   one  of  the  epic  insurers  in  the  World.

So,  there  was  plenty  of  dough  in  this  man's   insurance  fund.  Well,  this  ZERO  osteopath,  FERRAR,  did  such  a  poor  job  on  me   as  a   patient,  that  I  "came  clean"   with  FERRAR,  and  told  him  I  was  a   medical  man,  too,  and  that  I  could  do  a  better  job  than  he  was  doing,  in  a  coma  state.   FERRAR  could  not  even do  an  accurate   f'ing   blood  pressure !!!!!!   I   mean,  what  is  that ???

So,  caught   by  a  real  physician  in  a  pack  of  crapola,   FERRAR  panics,  and  sends  me  a  letter,   telling  me  that  I  am  BANNED  from  his  OFFICE,  FOREVER.

Sometime  later,   a  man  name  of   GARY  R. LEE,  bought  FERRAR's   practice.   

18  years  later,  I  discover  that   GARY   R.  LEE  ( MD)  has   placed   a   negative  blip  on  my  valuable  credit  history.   Well,   Sports  Fans,  that   just  won't  do.

You  see,  Sports   Fans,   here's  the  thing  of  it:   I  JUST   DO  NOT   PAY  FOR  A  LEVEL  OF   CARE   THAT   IS   NEGLIGABLE.   SEE?   If  I  don't  receive  care,  then  I  do  not  PAY.   Is   that   quite  clear ?  Yes,  it  is.   I  do  not  think  that

ANYONE  should   pay  for  services  they  do  not   receive.  Again,  here's  my  little  rule:   Now,  folksy,   pay attention:

            I  DO  NOT  PAY  FOR  SERVICES  THAT  I  DON'T RECEIVE

    Now,  a  former  patient,  that  wants  to  discuss   LEE's  Religious

training,  and  other  things  like  his  "story"  that  Lee  did  this,  and

Lee  did  that,  and  Lee  did  the  other  thing,  and   he  was  a  

missionary  in  some  backwater  hole  and  that  Lee  escaped  the  

backwater  HELL HOLE  with  his  very  life  because  " them  plowboys

don't  like white  boys".   Well,  gee whiz !!!   I  am  so  very  sorry  that

a  fine  little  white  boy  made a  stupid  mistake  and  put  his  own

A$$  in  a  crack  with  the  natives.   What  the  HELL  does  that  have

to  do with  the  CREDIT  DAMAGE  done  by   GARY  R. LEE   to  my

valuable  credit ?   Oh !!!  This  former  "friend"  says  that  " if  RIP OFF 

REPORT  has  an  ounce  of  dignity",   blah,  blah,  blah.  The  former

friend  DEMANDS  that  my  RIPOFF  report  be  expunged,  from  ROR.

NO,  that  ain't  gonna  happen.  Not  just  like  "that".  You  see,  dignity,

runs  TWO  WAYS.  When  GARY  R.  LEE   REPAIRS  MY  CREDIT,  then

I  will  start  listening  to  anything  about  expunging  these  REPORTS

about  LEE,  and  his  gang  of  organized  criminals  he  uses  to  put

black  blips on  a   person's  credit.  

So, Sports  Fans,  that's  it.  NO  CREDIT  REPAIR, NO  EXPUNGEMENT.

Life is  incredibly  simple  sometimes.

Due  to a  commment  made  by  a  "former  patient  and  employee"  of    

GARY  R. LEE, MD, of  TULSA, OK,  I  will  submit  another  report.

Here  it  is, in  the  interest  of  fairness  to  our  little  friend, the  "outraged"

former  patient  and   "outraged"  friend:

ONE:   GARY  R.  LEE, MD  purchased  a  phony   ambulance  chasing  personal-

            injury  practice  from   a  QUACK   OSTEOPATH  NAMED  FERRAR,  who

            delivered  no  service,  and  was  a  joke  in   Tulsa,  OK  as  a "doctor".

TWO:  GARY  R. LEE, MD  damaged  my  credit  by  placing  a  DEROGATORY 

            blip  on  my  valuable  credit,  by  saying  that I  owed  him  money,  on  an

            account  from  1995,  where  this  punk-A$$  pjhony  doctor FERRAR  

            failed:   I  will  say  it  again:  I  DO  NOT  PAY  FOR  SERVICE  I  DO  NOT

            RECEIVE !!!!!   I  hope  you  get that,  "outraged"  former  patient.

THREE:   I  DO NOT  OWE  GARY  R. LEE, MD  any  money.   GET THAT !!??

FOUR:    GARY  R.  LEE,  MD   NO  LONGER  HAS  A  LICENSE  TO  PRACTICE

                IN  OKLAHOMA.

FIVE:      WHEN    GARY  R. LEE , MD,  communicates  to   the   JACK-OFF

                BUNCH  OF  LOUSY  CRIMINALS  HE  HAS  HIRED  TO  COLLECT

                 AND   EXTORT    MONEY  (  FROM ME ),  I   WILL   ASK  THE  EDITOR

                TO  REMOVE   THE  RIPOFF  REPORT.   BUT,  GARY  R.  LEE, MD,

                 WILL  HAVE  TO  REPAIR   THE  DAMAGE  TO  MY  CREDIT,  and

                THAT  HAS  TAKEN  PLACE,  OR  I  WON'T  DO  ANYTHING.  Not  only  

                 that,  but  I  will  update  my  original  report,  to  show  that  GARY  R.  LEE, 

                 MD,    is   the  type  of   professional  that  allows  CROOKS  like   NORTH-

                 STAR  TECNOLOGIES    to  do  his  extorting  for  him.

 SIX:         THEREFORE,  out  of   a  sense   of   fair-play  that   Dr.  Lee  does  not  

                  show,   I  will  do  the  "right  thing",  here,  and  say  that   ALL  of  the  above

                  is  true,  and  that  WHEN,  and  IF  GARY  R.  LEE, MD   dismisses   the

                  account   crapola   indicating   that  I  owe  him   money,  then  I  will   ask  

                  Mr. Magedson,  the  Editor,  to  remove   the  posting.   Also,  I  will 

                  acknowledge  that  GARY  R.  LEE.  MD,   voluntarily   removed  the  

                  phony   nonsense   that  I owe  him   any  money.

SEVEN:   And  since  that   the  "outraged"   former  patient   does  not  know  who

                 is  writing  this,   then   this   former  patient  and  friend  had  better  speak

                 to  her  buddy,  GARY  R.  LEE,  MD,   and  ask  GARY  R.  LEE, MD.  to  

                 tell  NORTHSTAR,  in TULSA,  to   STOP  EXTORTING   the   people  

                 whose  accounts   used  to  belong  to  the   JACK-OFF QUACK,  the  

                 FAILED  OSTEOPATH,  FERRAR.   And,  if  this  is  not  done,  then  as

                far  as I  am  personally  concerned,   the  original  posting  will  stay  there

                until  the  SUN  GOES  BLACK.    I hope  that  I  have  made  myself   easily

                understood   in  this  update,  on  Dr.  GARY  R.  LEE.

                By  the  way,  folks....it  just  ocurred  to  me  to  wonder:  how  did  thid 

                "outraged  former  patient  and  friend "   find  my  posting ?

                On  the  phony   account  with   NORTHSTAR,  let  me  just  use  a  

                quaint little  expression  used  by  my  Father  about  50  years  ago:

                "  Think  well  and  bear in  mind,  a   monkey's  A$$   sticks  out  behind".

                IF  YOU,  the  outraged  person,  want   changes,   they  have  to   begin

               with   Gary R. Lee   realizing  that   you  DO  NOT  EXTORT   people  for

               money  not  owed.  REPAIR  MY  CREDIT,  GARY  R.  LEE, MD !!!!!!!

Dear readers,

I find it important that you know that the information reported about Gary R. Lee, MD is false and unsubstantiated.  It is highly offending to read about a doctor who has cared for me very kindly for over 10 years and does not have a mean bone in his body.  If this man is getting a bill he can't afford he is going about it the wrong way.  I was unemployed due to lengthy illness' and he waived his bill and made arrangements for me to see him at his office off the books in order not to be charged.  Of course when I was well enough to get a job again I paid the office fees and he even tried to waive those but his boss at that time would not allow it.

I had several problems with syncopal episodes (passing out) and my cardiologist couldn't figure it out.  But Dr. Lee was able to figure it out and it literally saved me from having to go on disability for being unable to work secondary to cardiac disease.  His Physical Therapy/Rehab staff are very professional and properly credentialed. I have been there several times for strength conditioning and pain relief to my back.

I assure you that Dr. Lee is very dedicated and very trustworthy.  When I had my heart attack and was taken to a hospital he was not practicing at he called me and spent a long time on the phone talking to me.  He then prayed with me over the phone for my well being.  This is a man that cares about people and the individual who wrote the haneous comments about him should be sued for liable and slander.  

Furthermore, Gary has been on several mission trips in areas of the world where his life was in danger just because of the color of his skin.  If he were to venture outside of secured areas he might not have come back. Lastly, Dr. Lee's license is not revoked.  According to the Oklahoma Medical Board he is Certified in Family Medicine and Sports Medicine.  Also according to their records this very day he has had no disciplinary action what so ever.  If Ripoff Reports has an ounce of dignity they will remove this person's outright lies and issue an apology to Dr. Lee.
