Please disregard realclient's statements against me claiming I'm a scammer as they are completely untrue. There is a known cyber bully and stalker in the online community who defames and harasses people. I have a great working relationship with Heritage Auctions and Todd Imhoff, the Executive Vice President. This online stalker realclient has made the same false statements against everyone who filed a ROR complaint against Heritage. He is clearly a cyber bully who's sole purpose is to make false claims against innocent people he does not know and never met.

Gary Schofer wrote the bogus rebuttal which preceded this one. His lies and deceptions contained therein - and impersonation of me - definitively prove my negative contentions about him. Your ripoffreport is totally false and fabricated. I have never used fake accounts to defraud Heritage and ebay. I do not use stolen photographs. My consignments to Heritage are not worthless as you claim. I have never perpetrated fraud against Heritage. I am not under investigation by the FBI.

I intend to sue you for defamation and saying libelous remarks against me without any first hand knowledge. I will find out through a subpoena your real name, address, and relationship to Heritage Auctions. If Heritage finds out that you are a customer of theirs they will immediately suspend you from doing business with them per Todd Imhoff, Executive Vice President of Heritage Auctions. In fact Todd thinks your claim is totally baseless and so ridiculous that no one will believe it.

Mr. RealClient, calling me a wacko with an IQ of 70 and a profoundly disturbed criminal is going to cost you a lot of money in court. Again these libelous statements are totally baseless and without merit. Your first Amendment Rights are not protected through defamation and libelous statements against a person. Search this site or Google for Gary Schofer's preposterously unfounded and libelous report titled "Heritage Auctions Beware of Doing Business with Heritage Auctions in Dallas, Texas". Scroll down that page to read Heritage's rebuttal titled "This Former Customer is Under FBI Investigation for Fraud". Said rebuttal is a copy of a certified letter which Heritage sent to Gary Schofer. The letter proves many of the contentions which I have made about him.

Schofer defamed Heritage because he was upset that Heritage did not instantly pay him immediately after Heritage sold his consignment of virtually worthless junk, despite the consignor's agreement which he signed which allows Heritage a window of up to several months before settling with its consignors. Said window is standard practice with all auction firms. The bottom line is that Gary Schofer is a PROVEN liar, defamer, and mental defective. Gary Schofer belongs in the psychiatric ward of a federal prison, not on the pages of Ripoff Report's website.

Just search this site for reports about Heritage Auctions. At least a few have been written by Gary Schofer, a proven liar, defamer, libeler, fraud, criminal, and wacko. Note that Gary Schofer obsessively replied to every rebuttal thereon, using at least nine different aliases. Those facts alone prove that Gary Schofer is a mentally ill criminal whose character is exceedingly poor. Notice also that Gary Schofer has only posted once on this report about him, as he does not want to draw additional attention to himself and his corruption.
