GAS South stay away from GAS SOUTH Company Atlanta Georgia

First, when I signed up for GAS SOUTH service online, it clearly indiated there was no switching fee or any other service fee. When I got my bills, I found that I was charged $50 of connection fee. The Company said that was normal and the fee could not be waived.

Second, I received TWO bills on the same day. One was billed on 12-11-2007, the other was billed on 12-12-2007. Both letters were mailed from GAS SOUTH on 12-17-2007 as evidenced by the postmark. I have never received any bill before. However, GAS SOUTH charged me a late payment fee ($31.76).
