I have sent 3 coupons for 20 dollars each to redeam for 20 dollar check for each. Each time I was sent a letter that stated I did not follow the terrs of the offer, which I know I DID .I even sent a letter after the first denial with a copy of the term to show I did everything correct,and I still get the same letter of denial.
