I too have paid $5 to get the redemption coupons and have mailed in 3 months. The first month (Dec 2008) I received a notification that they have received my submission. They said it would take up to 53 days to get my $25. The second month I did not receive a notification that my submission was received. Now the third month I get my mail back! I see the same game is being played with other folks.
