Gateway Energy Services Gateawy Energy's billing practices are blatantly criminal !!! Montebello New York

This is a copy of the email I sent today...   So angry I could...   (DON'T ASK)

Shame on ME for not paying attention sooner... but YOUR billing practices are blatantly criminal !!!

Upon reviewing the March PSE&G bill which arrived today, my Gateway gas charges are $289.07 & Gateway electric charges are $87.95.

According to my utility had they still been my supplier... my gas charge would have been $128.67 and my electric charges would have been $61.76.

That is a $186.59 difference !  Considering today's energy market this is absolutely criminal !

During my call to your customer service department it was brought to my attention that when I first switched to gateway I was on a fixed price plan that seems to have expired in 2012. 
I do recall that at that time gas prices were quite high, BUT…  why Gateway did not contact me to advise renewing to another fixed price program is incomprehensible !  
This proves intent to gouge your customers for no reason other than pure profit.

I have switched back PSE & G as my primary supplier.  But if you think this is over and I will not make Gateway energy's pricing practices socially and legislatively known… you are crazy in addition to criminal ! 
Your company OWES ME A LOT of money and I'm sure there are thousands others just like me !!!   Watch out, because we're coming to get you !!!
