Gateway Energy Services Company does not honor their energy offers Plano Texas

Do NOT  use Gateway Energy Services &/ Or Choose Energy, Inc. Gateway Energy Services offered me a 24 month low rate on gas and electric services to switch over. I took it. After 45 days, (which it can take up to in order to switch over)-I heard nothing. I contacted choose energy about the matter, and was told that that plan was left up on their site by a mistake made by them and was supposed to have been taken down. And that my plan had not and could not go thru. They tried to offer me a flimsy, 15 month plan, where they raise the rates up after 15 months. I told them I want the plan that I signed up for , the low rate 24 month plan. They refused to honor it. If that would have been me, they would have charged me $300.00 and $250.00 early termination fees. I got all of this info from choose energy and Gateway Energy Services did not even have the balls to tell me this themselves. These are the companies that should be taken off of the shelf and replaced with legit companies that will honor their plans that they offer-after they screw up and it is their very own mistakes because they are not professional and get paid for jobs that they do not know what they are doing in.
