Do not trust this woman!!  I told Paulette to make an offer on a condo for the asking price of $62K  She told me I had to pay for the termite inspection report affter giving her a deposit of $2000. By SC law, the seller is supposed to pay for it.   She wanted to close in only 4 days which was not convenitent since I would be out of town.  She attempted to get me to pay her more claiming the condo was $68K. The condon sold for only $58K to someone else.  I lost a great deal of time and money dealing with her. Steer clear of the woman and agency.
