On March 7th of 2007 I put my truck in the shop at Volvo of Denver . They did a excellent job of fixing my truck . The problem I have with this bill . Is that the truck was fixed in Wright City Mo. At Gateway Volvo . The transmission bolts fell out . There was one Bolt holding the transmission to the Motor .They replaced the bell housing reattached the transmission to the motor witch took them 7 Days . The truck sat there for four days wile waiting for Parts . When they reattached the transmission to the motor you have to take off the rear motor mounts . When they did this they did not remove my exhaust pipe from the turbo . Witch cracked the pipe . Causing fumes to come into the truck . They did not tighten the fuel lines up that cross over the top of the transmission . They also did not clean or tighten up the oil lines that run across the top of the transmission .

When I went into this shop I was told that they were a State inspection garage And by law they could not send a truck out without it being safe . Well that sure did not happen . I was in there shop for 7 days . When I got my truck it seemed to be fixed . About 50 mi down the road I was getting fumes in the truck and air was leaking . I could not find a Volvo Dealer that could take me in until Monday or Tuesday .

So I took it to a Petro Truck stop shop . INVOICE 5400206580 They fried and tightened the air lines and fixed some leaks . I think the fittings went bad because they were not tightened in the first place . That bill was $199.34 . I left there and I still had the exhaust leak . So when I got to Denver I put the truck in the shop there . Most of the repairs there were caused buy the first Volvo dealer The transmission cool should have been at least cleaned up on the first job and it looked like they broke it when they put it back in .

I am sending all the paperwork in with this letter .The first shop In Wright City Mo the bill was $3990.12 They should have fixed it Wright the first time They are the ones that should pay the Volvo Dealer in Denver They should also have to pay the 67.77 for the Motel I had to get in Denver to get the work That should have been done right the first time .
