The owners have sold at least 2 puppies under the legal age for the State of Florida Statue 928-29 CH. 4
And they falsified the sale date on the paperwork to make it appear legit.
This has been reported to the AKC and the State of Florida Agriculture Commission.
Information is very scarce online, they are not listed with the state and we suspect they may not be legit breeders and they are being investigated by the City of Palm Bay for not legally conducting business.
Also, we had a dane to seall, they offered to help. Thwy found a new owner, sold the dog, collected the money (Last July) nd have ben making excuse after excuse as to why they have not turned the cash over to us that they collected from the new owner 4 months ago.

Neglectful Puppy Owners

I'm not going to go into the whole story, although anyone is welcome to contact me and I will gladly explain, in detail, with proof in writing, the facts I am sharing here.
1) These people purchased two Great Dane puppies from me.
2) One was returned to my home, across the state from the owner, after being left in the care of their 18 year old son for months (against contract), covered in her own urine and feces, heavily infested with hookworms and with a chronic UTI due to spending (by the owners admission) 12-14 hours a day in a crate.
3) The dog was rehomed for a total of $650. Per contract I keep 25% for boarding ($162.50), any cost for vet care necessary due to the prior owners lack of care ($200), and I sent them a payment of $150. Leaving a balance of $138.50.
4) I have not paid the balance due to them because they are also not keeping up with their contract regarding the second puppy. They wrote me that she was being rehomed against contract and have yet to put me in contact with her new home and or provide me with substantiated proof that she remains in their care.
5) On two seperate occasions I offered them a smaller payment to subtract from the amount due... Only to have them deny the funds.
6) We are not under investigation. They reported us to Code Enforcement. Due to the fact that we are not breeding at this time in our rental home, we are not required to have a business license. When we decide to have another litter we will spend the $25 necessary to appropriate one.
They also state that they reported us as having stolen the dog. Palm Bay PD has no such record at this time and states that since the dog is microchipped to myself, and the owner brought her to my door and essentially abandoned her, that this is a civil matter.
