Gaylin R Gilliver Will of the Winds Akitas, Forever Akitas, Magic Mountain Puppy delivered to me with genetic eye defect and infection Internet

I purchased a puppy from foreverakitas.com, thinking I had purchased from the person with the puppies in her possession, which turned out not to be the case . He was sold to me by the owner of the stud dog only , which was not disclosed to me at the time of sale . He arrived with a squinty, green puss filled eye , which was alarming but I thought nothing of it believing it was conjunctivitis and would clear up . After a few days of topical antibiotics the infection cleared , but the squinting/watering remained . Concerned I took the puppy to my veterinarian , which diagnosed entropion , which is a genetic defect causing the eye to roll inward .

I contacted the breeder to fix the issue , but she claims she was unaware of the condition when the dog was sent . Believe me , there is no way you could have missed that eye infection looking at him . I just want other potential customers to be aware while dealing with this breeder, Gaylin Gilliver of Will of the Winds Akitas / Magic Mountain , or the breeders of the stud dog Forever Akitas , who never bothered to tell me they were selling for another breeder. Also , Forever Akitas attempted to overcharge me $100 for shipping claiming the shipment was overweight , and when I saw the receipt for the air bill this was not true . They did however refund $80 of the overcharge when I brought it to their attention . Very dishonest business practices .
