Gaylords Blemished tonneau cover sold as built to order Santa Fe Springs California

I bought a tonneau cover off this dreadful company that was according to them a discontinued item and had to be made to order.  It was for a 2003 F150 Harley Davidson.  They took full payment up front and quoted 3 weeks but took 6.

When the cover came the fixing rails were the wrong length and had to be cut..  The fixing brackets where the wrong ones and had to be modified.  Worse of all is the cover itself.  The finish is awful with runs in the paint and an orange peel effect all over.

The cover just does not fit correctly.  It is almost certainly a blemished item that has been sold as a new item.

I have emailed them 6 times and they will not answer.

I am going to try and get my money back through my bank but please let this be a lesson for anyone who thinks of dealing with this ignorant deceitful company.
