It has been discovered that this company has been charging a what is suspected as a fraudlent use charge fee for water and gas on the monthly rent statements to home owners/residents.Also just recently the management has forced on residents a new trash pickup system that triples the monthly fee to residents.
There is suspected fraud and racketerring in the contract between the park management and the trash pickup company as there are approx 72 residents in this park that are not being billed for this new serive.There are approx 400 units in this mobile home park.Why aren't these 72 residents paying for there trash pickup.Aslo there is suspect fraud between the management and the contractrs that are reccomended by them,under the table pay backs,or services,etc.
A complete audit of the business practises by this company is higly reccomended.This is a 55 plus senior mobile home park and this management is known for using scare tatics to control the old people here. This place is ran by a dictator type manager and they need to be investigated and prosecuted
