GC WORKS INC, LANCE WAYNE TOOK MY DEPOSIT 7 MONTHS AGO. AND NEVER DID JOB. REUFES TO REFUND ME Miami Florida

i signed a contract for asphault paving in 2016. with Lance wayne at gc works. he took a deposit and said they would do the job in a timely manner. its 6 months later . they told me twice they would be out having me post notice to move cars from my building which some were towed and they never showed up. I finally asked for a refund and he tried to get me to sign a higher priced invoice and asked for more money. the original contracty was agrred in writing to do 25% down I told him I would give no more money until job was complete. he agreed. Now he wanted to add 3 times more money to the job and asked for another 25% down. He does not want to refund anything to me and I gave him 2875.00 !!!! He hasnt done my job and now he said he will not pay . he has done this to many people and i completely got ripped off.
